April Bookstagram Day 25 Soul of the Bride by Elizabeth Lenhard • This is a #latepost bec yesterday was a v busy day and I passed out as soon as I hit the bed. LOL. • 📽#evilqueenapril : Unexpected Love. I didn’t think I’d like this book so much but it started my Greek Mythology phase in HS. 📽#aprilinbooks18 : book w/ magical elements 📽#iamsweetapril : Thief. In this book, innocent souls are stolen and are transported to Hades using and old-timey camera. 📽#thefelinebookreader : read again and again. I dont remember how many times I’ve read this in HS. 😂 📽#aprilbookishmadness : Book Face. Idk if this is the correct interpretation of this prompt but the cover shows the Halliwell’s - Charmed Ones’ - faces so 🤷🏻♂️ 📽#aprilbookstagram18 : fave fairytale. Okay technically Greek Myth isn’t a fairytale, but the story of Persophone’s abduction was one of the stories that drew me to read more of the ancient tales. (Look, okay, I didn’t know it was traditionally called The Rape of Persephone at that time. And now i kind of want to take this off the “fave fairy tale” tag bec of the R-word😬) • Me and my sister also watched an episode of the TV series last night, the one where Phoebe gets hexed with Gram’s wedding ring (the one with Tyler the firestarter, too) and I was reminded of how feminist and progressive this series was. This is my favorite show forever and ever and ever! 😊 . . . . . . #bookstagram #bibliophile #booknerdPH #bookworm #instabooks #bookish #charmed #greekmythology #soulofthebride #flowers
