When you decide to act on something or change something in your life, your focus is on your goal and only that. We often just think of relationships when it comes to speaking on letting go of what is not right for us but we have to also start letting go o wrong friendships, wrong habits and even wrong clothing.
If your eating habits are not right for you, When will you find out how to cook a super delicious healthy meal? If you keep on not caring for wearing clothing that actually fit and suit you, when will you start finding out what suits your body type? Literally never!
We should analyze everything that surrounds us and decide what it takes or adds to our lives. Everything that surrounds us especially daily will inevitably have a subconscious effect on us every day
