Ariana knocked lightly at the door to his room. Even though it was partially open, she wanted him to know she was there, instead of just entering. She saw the bird perched next to him, and couldn’t help but smile, despite the shock she still felt at what she had been told by Gellert. That had been days ago, but now was the first chance she was getting to talk to him. “I, uh - I hope I’m not interrupting something. Is it alright if I come in?” she asked. “I haven’t had a chance to introduce myself.”

Dark eyes stared down at the equally scarred hand, finding it odd to be holding the hand of someone that looked identical to him, yet finding so many differences between the man that sat beside him and himself. Their hands felt similar, yet Credence’s were more calloused and dry from the arts. Redness peppered his features from the amount of time he spent in the sun, too.

Leaning against the other, his lips brushed against his twin’s. “Does it feel weird?” He questioned softly. “Meeting me? Holding my hand?” Though the wizard wondered if it was him holding his hand and not the other way around. What was the correct terminology, anyway? The more Credence thought about it, the more his mind drifted away from a subject that began to get buried at the back of his mind.

“So... does this...” He tried to gather the right words, licking his lips as he thought for a spell. “This makes us brothers then, right? Twins?”
