After having bumping into the other at an alumni networking session, the two had sparked up some old memories, a conversation, and he’d landed himself a job (and part favor too).

Whenever she had a new client and they invited her over to their place to check it out and start brainstorming ideas on what sort of decor to add or things to change about those house, she usually expected them to be home. Hence why when the door opened and a young male stepped out, she was surprised that it wasn’t Olivia Roman who was there. But, being the friendly woman that she was, Angel offered the male a smile. “Hi, I’m Angel Connors-Reed? Mrs. Roman hired me as the interior designer.” She had to make sure he knew who she was because no doubt that they would be vigilant, especially since their home was rather huge. And that was just from the exterior. “Is she home?” she asked, still smiling brightly at the brown-haired male.

shirley had decided to take matters into her own hands, as the constant fear of avery being with someone else at that exact moment was almost too much to bare. she wanted to give him a taste of his own medicine, as they aren’t technically dating, apparently. she had spent the night without avery and with another boy - one completely not as interesting and lovely as her avery, but at least she knew that he wasn’t with someone else tonight. they were taking a walk towards a local ice cream shop, a treat she hadn’t been able to get in so long. but then she spots avery - and curses herself, because this was his street! how could she have brought this guy here? but then she realizes, she probably  suggested it because it was his street. she just hopes he doesn’t see them . . .

Alexander had this company since the first day he got his PhD and took over it when he turned twenty-three. This place was nothing when he came to be CEO, but he was told that someone like him couldn’t run a company without any experience. He ignored those negative thoughts and focused on bring this company to a standard that he approved of and the reputation went along with it. There was people who came in with a prayer of owning a home or marketing that was out of their reach, making him to have tell them he cannot do business. That was he met Octavia who was not your ordinary woman that he has come across. Today, he wasn’t expecting her to walk through his office down like a woman on a mission. “What is wrong?”

Destiny was inside of her own bedroom trying to read a book that she recently purchased from the book shop on her way home. A sound of movement downstairs made her rush to her to desk to grab the sharp mail opener. She wasn’t the most strong person to do something with a weapon, but it didn’t hurt to be armed either. She ran down the stairs to where the sound was coming from, the living room. She held the sharp so tightly that her knuckles turned white. She turned on the light to find Ed standing there. “Have you heard of ring my bell or knocking on my door? I could of hurt you.”

She was way too invested in these books, they were just too good. But they were also... personal; revealing, almost, like there were some details in there that were too good, to true to be altered. Maybe it was because she was Claire, who at best was just curious in general, or because she actually had the methods and resources to look into just why it all seemed so real, or maybe it was both, but she wanted to know. But she knew it would be a huge invasion of privacy to just look everything about his history up, to pull it all up on the computers. Sure, it was easier, but she wasn't that type of government agent. She actually respected the rules; but that didn't stop her from finding his address, because maybe if she met him, she'd find the answers that she craved.

Once she found his home, she almost talked herself out of this. She didn't want him to think she was some sort of crazy super-stalker fan, but she was already here. So, she knocked on the door and waited.
