to be honest I'm all for latin in video games! people always say how EW VIDEOGAMES ARE FOR STUPID PEOPLE but when I find latin in video games i giggle and feel so happy because a) nowadays it's the only ones who use it ._. b) stuff in latin sounds so cool!

a good example of well-used latin is in the theme of SSBB

exactly! °-° I could understand if there were idk, ambiguous names and they changed them? for example Tana means hole in italian and for the italian version of FE8 they changed it to Dana

but see, one letter change? nothing as as drastic as Azure = INIGO and there was a reason for it

not to mention Iris was THE COOLEST NAME EVER and Ylisse sounds a hundred degrees of awful

and what's with the ' in Lon'qu :| they wanted to make it sound oriental or something
