I'm in a Nice War with a 6th grader

I'm very fond of my boss's eldest son. He's super sweet and he had me paint his nails once, which I found particularly badass as his Dad's kind of a macho enforced gender role type. Aaanyway. He's graduating from 6th grade today and going on to Middle School. I stayed a little late yesterday moving the schedule around so the boss could go to his graduation. Got it set up and then told her to congratulate him for me. I get a text from her saying he wanted to tell me that means a lot and he really appreciates it. Well goddamn. So now I'm gonna have to get him a card or something.
