This whole thing is so disgusting. *Louis did NOT push the photographer, or lift his legs, or attack his legs. He was trying to STOP HIM from attacking Eleanor with photos & invading her personal space on an intense level. *He was walking back and the photographer was amped up & aggressive & tried to further antagonize Louis by walking so close he was literally attached to, almost on top of, him, to the point their legs got tangled and they BOTH fell over. * He then saw his loved one was LITERALLY backed into a CORNER and no one was helping, so he went over there to pull the girl off his loved one. There just happened to be alot of scuffling with the loved one and the girl & other people trying to help either party and HE ended up falling still holding onto the girl, who was still trying to attack his loved one. She fell ON TOP of him, and then was pulled off by security. *He DID NOT pursue any type of fight or argument to the point he chose to LEAVE HIS JACKET on the floor in favor of getting out there with his loved one as soon as possible. *NONE of this is their fault. He DID NOT attack the photographer. Only asked him to stop & try to take his camera away to get him to listen to his pleas. The photographer tripped HIMSELF and Louis by walking right into Louis' space as a way to further antagonize him. *He DID NOT attack a fan. That girl is NOT a fan, first off, and second, he tried to BREAK UP A FIGHT she was trying to start with his startled loved one. *This whole thing is complete BULLSHIT *DIRECTIONERS DO NOT BEHAVE LIKE THIS. THIS IS NOT US. WE ADORE LOUIS & WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING TO HURT HIM.

Also the reason people have a problem with this is not us (coming from a black person) is because this country has been founded on the backs of slaves (and immigrants later) and saying this is not us erases all of that like it didn't happen so I get it but it's stupid because of how many years we had slavery and all the lynchings and beating and everything that came with it and that just pertains to black people not even all the other minorities in this country

The thing is, you can say "This is not us" without erasing history. People are just trying to send a message. I'm not denying that racism is still very prevalent in our society, but contrary to popular belief, we are trying to make progress. "This is not us" focuses on the present.
