I drew Sebastian in the Hades art style because that game took over my life
A lot of design choices here, like the nose, are specifically for this style
In the Quiet of the Galley
Sanji x Reader / Fluff / Kissing / 3.5k words
A/N: Hi! This is my first fic and post to Tumblr ever! Please be kind! Thank you so much to my beta reader for all your help and support along the way. I wouldn't have had the courage to even try my hand at writing without you, so thank you <3
⊹₊┈ㆍ┈ㆍ┈ㆍ✿ㆍ┈ㆍ┈ㆍ┈₊⊹
It was a rare quiet evening on the Thousand Sunny. One you could only find if you searched within the ship’s nooks and crannies and made peace with the occasional outburst from the crew that called the ship their home. You, having inhabited the Sunny for a few months now, had explored much of the thoughtfully produced spaces the ship had to offer. If you wanted, you could slip away to the library to soak in the serenity of the evening alone surrounded by your crew’s combined collection of books. From tall tales to cookbooks, you could spend hours absorbed in all of the literature. You could go to the main deck to take in the last bit of the sun's golden glow at the horizon before it had bid the day a final farewell. Despite all of the spaces you considered filling, there was one place that felt especially enticing for reasons that didn’t feel particularly obvious at that moment.
The galley was one of the few places you had yet to truly explore. The smells of sweets and spice overwhelmed your senses and the gentle chimes of utensils piqued your curiosity of what you might find beyond the door. There was one barrier that kept you from just strolling inside and exploring what the room had to offer. One blond chef shaped barrier who branded the kitchen as his own domain.
Since joining the Straw Hat crew, you were instantly aware of Sanji’s flirtatious nature. He would bombard you with verbose compliments, sneak you extra snacks when Luffy wasn’t around, and worst of all, take a great deal of notice to you whenever you graced his presence. You couldn’t quite pinpoint the feelings he mixed inside you. It was probably better that way. It wasn’t as if his treatment was exactly special anyway. Nami, Robin, and hell, any other woman he laid eyes on would most definitely receive the same level of regard he offered to you.
Today, an uncharacteristic amount of courage fueled you to walk over to the door of the galley. Through the small porthole window, you could see that familiar well-dressed man dancing his way around the room with ease. Cooking a dish you couldn’t easily see from your angled view, he reached with ease for a colorful variety of spices adding them to the dish with the precision only a chef to his caliber could wish to have.
The space was well taken care of as exhibited through the polished cabinets and organized rows of an impressive collection of different spices. Maybe this was all you really needed to see to ease your curiosity. Yeah, this was enough. No reason to inconvenience Sanji while he was busy arranging meals.
BOOM
Oh god.
Your heart stopped as what you could only assume was one of Usopp’s explosives went off from downstairs. Despite your surprise, your eyes, now wide, remained glued to the chef who seemed to have noticed the loud sound as well. You watched as his hand flexed around the handle of a wooden spoon before hesitating, stopping his movement completely. Before you could prepare for it, he swiftly turned his head to face where the noise had come from—and there you stood, dumbfounded, looking him right in the face.
Somehow, your eyes widened even more than they had after the explosion had gone off. Before you could think of a rational course of action, you ducked below the porthole and positioned yourself beside the door hoping he hadn’t noticed you looking in (he certainly had). You should have laughed it off. You should have just walked in. You should have—
The door opened with a soft creak. In your embarrassment, you looked up from your spot beside the door to meet Sanji’s eyes. A barely visible smile appeared at his lips as he took in your reaction to being caught.
“My love, did you see something that caught your eye?”
Of course he would say something so smooth while basking in your humiliation.
You regained your balance standing to face him before engaging further in this conversation.
“I- uh- no! I was just curious since I haven’t really gotten a proper view of the galley before.”
The small smile that he was still wearing on his face grew as he started to chuckle at your response.
“What’s so funny?”
“Nothing at all! It’s just that I didn’t expect such an answer.”
When he put it that way, it really was ridiculous that you had chosen to make such a spectacle out of simply entering the galley.
“If you’re still interested, I’d be more than happy to give you a personal tour. After all, I definitely know my way around the place better than anyone else.”
You shifted uncomfortably as he looked at you awaiting your response. If you hadn’t known any better, you would have thought he was only asking to tease you. But this was Sanji. He was desperately affectionate and kind to a fault. Asking was his way of unburdening you of your embarrassment, and that honestly made your heart flutter a bit.
“I mean, if it wouldn’t be too much of a hassle…”
“A hassle? Never! To think I’d be so lucky to have a visitor as beautiful as you drop by to see my kitchen. Come on in, darling, I was just wrapping up preparations for tomorrow's dinner.”
He stretched out his hand expectantly, waiting for you to rest yours comfortably in his. Without a word, you complied, feeling his gentle grasp around your own as he began to lead you into the room you had longed to explore.
As soon as you had stepped into the room, your senses, which were usually overwhelmed just by being nearby the kitchen, were now completely swamped. The savory smell of marinating meat and freshly cut vegetables complemented each other in a way that piqued your interest in tomorrow's meal. The stove hummed with spontaneous sizzling, sauteeing a mixture of neatly cut onions and peppers. The room was much smaller than you had realized. So small, in fact, that the heat from the stove seemingly coated the entirety of the space, bringing your attention to the sweat forming on your forehead.
Sanji didn’t seem to notice any of these things. He remained facing forward with a proud smile on his face as he continued to lead you forward into his kitchen. Seeing him, seemingly enjoying himself, made each of your overwhelmed senses go dull in an instant. Your attention was no longer on the kitchen but rather the cook that had made the space his sanctuary. Just then it seemed to register in your mind that your hand was intertwined with his own. Your face grew hot, but this time it wasn’t from the heat of the stove. You were now overthinking everything. Why had you even wanted to come here anyway? You had wanted to check out unexplored territory of the Sunny, but not like this, right? Surely it wasn’t the chef that had intrigued you all along?
Oh shit.
There it was.
Your admission to yourself that that absolutely was what this was. With your realization, you instinctively gave his hand a squeeze as your body went tense. Sanji noticed. Of course he did.
“Love, is something the matter?”
“No, of course not!”
Liar.
“I just… it’s a bit hot in here isn’t it?”
Sanji tilted his head with mild surprise. You weren’t wrong; it was hot, but your reaction didn’t exactly match the reasoning. His surprise apparently didn’t last long as he promptly readjusted.
“I’m so sorry, my dear. I was so wrapped up in the idea of having you here all to myself that I didn’t even consider your discomfort.”
You weren’t sure if you should be flattered or offended. The sentiment brought a tinge of blush to your cheeks regardless.
This was the attention that had made you avoid the galley up until this point. Sanji was a natural flirt, of course. His words shouldn’t have had such a strong impact, but you couldn’t exactly hide the reactions he stirred within you.
“If you’ll forgive my carelessness, I’d love to treat you to an iced drink to cool you down.”
He combated your nerves with a smooth nature that was uniquely Sanji. He didn’t want you to feel bad when you stumbled or went red in the face so he was quick on his feet to always meet you with grace and tenderness.
“I think I’d like that.”
His eyes and lips softened into a type of smile you hadn’t seen from him before. It was brief, but certainly there.
“Well then, let me get to work. It would be wrong of me to keep a lady waiting.”
And with that, he lifted your hand, still interlaced with his own, to his lips. He planted a chaste kiss onto the back of your hand before finally letting go.
You could have fainted if you weren’t so aware of everything going on. He might have known how his actions made you squirm, and he might have done this all to make sure your embarrassment didn’t overwhelm you, but he couldn't seem to help himself when it came to getting a rise out of you.
“Have a seat, my love.”
He gestured with his now empty hand to the counter. You looked in its direction and then back to him. He only nodded, signaling that it was okay for you to sit there. Without a word, you jumped up and made yourself as comfortable as you could manage.
Satisfied, he turned towards the stove and worked his magic finishing his prep for tomorrow's meal. Removing the vegetables he had been sauteeing from the heat of the stove, he placed them into a container with the meat he had just marinated. With a spring in his step, he brought his creation over to the fridge where it would reside overnight until the crew came together for dinner.
You were aware that Sanji knew his way around the kitchen; after all, the man had dedicated just about his entire life to honing his skills. Here, with him showing off to you alone in the quaintness of his kitchen, you realized just how much care and detail he commits to his craft. Just as quickly as he had begun, he finished his prep, now ready to completely devote his focus to you.
You were all too aware of the way your legs were dangling beneath you. Kicking your legs felt like an abnormal task rather than a natural reaction to sitting on a lifted surface. Each kick was fueled by an unusual amount of precision that could only be managed in such a tense state.
Sanji whirled to a nearby pantry, absentmindedly grabbing a handful of various tropical fruits. As soon as he seemed satisfied with his choices, he made his way to your side, a little too close for comfort.
You abandoned the unnatural kicking altogether. Instead, you pressed your legs together, hoping to create even the slightest bit of space between you and him.
Then, without warning, he reached behind you, causing you to jump. His hands returned from behind you with a knife and cutting board.
“Ah, I’m sorry, dear! Am I too close?”
He set the cutting board down and the knife atop it. Before you could prepare for it, his hand moved to your leg, gently caressing circles into your skin with his thumb.
“No, it's fine! Really!” You could barely mask your surprise, waving your hands fiercely at him. Surely that would convince him.
He responded only with a smile.
Returning to the task at hand, he promptly began chopping a large mango, setting a rhythmic pace and showcasing a level of precision few could replicate. The silence between you was there but, for the first time since this encounter began, the atmosphere didn’t feel heavy. It was replaced with a calmness that felt domestic in nature.
You could get used to this.
“You know, seeing you standing outside of my door made me the happiest man alive.”
The peace between you shattered by the tone of his voice. Vulnerable and honest. Something like that was rare to receive from Sanji, who was usually so careful to decorate his words with a flair of flirtation.
“You don’t mean that.”
He couldn’t.
Although… the sound of his voice seemed to say otherwise.
“I do.” He paused, as if considering whether it was necessary to continue forward. The sound of the knife against the cutting board continued to fill the air while he deliberated his next words. “Ever since you joined our crew I’d been hoping, praying for a moment like this shared between us.”
You snickered. “You’d say that to any girl.”
“I wouldn’t dare.” He sounded almost offended.
With that, he finally put the knife down. Slowly, as if trying not to startle you, he positioned himself in front of you, placing his hands on either side of your legs.
“Is that really what you think of me, darling?” His face displaying his concern with his eyes staring deeply into your own.
Before this moment, sure, you definitely would have meant those words, but now they didn’t have much bite.
Having him before you like this made it impossible to meet his gaze. You resorted to keeping your eyes locked on the front of his button down. It was easier that way.
“Well, not exactly.”
Carefully, he took his hand under your chin, gently moving it upwards so you’d be looking at him. Once he moved his hand away, you were tempted to return your gaze to his shirt, but decided you could use a little courage to get through the conversation unfolding before you.
“Then what exactly is it that you mean?”
He didn’t sound upset. Honestly, he didn’t even seem shocked by your words. It was like he was trying to pull something out of you.
“It’s just hard to believe what you’re saying when you treat me exactly as you would Nami or Robin… or literally any girl on any island we stop at.”
He let out a small laugh as his face shifted back into the warm smile he had flashed at you earlier. “Oh, darling, I’m so sorry. I do admit that my ways with women are rather extravagant, but make no mistake. This is different.”
“In what way is this any different?”
He took a deep breath.
“When Luffy first invited you to join our crew, I was elated, to say the least. Your kindness and contagious joy has spread throughout the ship. I couldn't help but be intrigued.”
You couldn’t believe what you were hearing. His facade was completely gone. In the quiet of his kitchen, Sanji was sharing a piece of himself with you that you could only think to describe as rare. He continued forward.
“I’ve wanted to get closer to you, to impress you, to care for you. To be the only man you’d want to share moments like this with.”
This time, his eyes shifted away from yours before he caught himself and brought his attention back up to your gaze.
“Do you believe me?”
It had completely slipped your mind that you would need to respond.
“I think so,” was all you could manage.
“Well, what would I need to do to earn your whole trust?”
Completely instinctively, your eyes shifted down to his lips. It was a very quick glance, but you had absolutely taken notice of them.
He had apparently noticed as well, and taken it as your answer.
“Darling, can I kiss you?”
He had read you so openly and clearly. You wanted to tell him yes, you really did, but instead you stared at him, stunned. Your lack of response seemed to bring him back to reality.
“I’m sorry, was that too forward of me?”
Before you could stop yourself, you brought your hand up to cup his cheek, feeling his stubble beneath your fingers.
“Not at all.”
A wave of calmness swept over the room for the second time since the interaction began. Sanji could feel it too. Given your consent, he finally leaned in, pressing his lips against yours. It was short lived but sweet. When he pulled away, he looked at you with a face that spoke more adoration than he could ever put into words.
It was hard to put your feelings into words. It just felt right. Sharing this sacred, still moment with this version of Sanji that you had yet to experience before left you craving more.
After a moment, he delicately placed his hand behind your ear.
“You’re beautiful,” was all he said before gently pulling you to meet your lips again. You met him with equal parts enthusiasm and reverence.
This kiss was as soft as the last, yet filled with more passion and eagerness. He maneuvered his other hand to rest comfortably against your back, pulling you slightly forward until his chest was against your own. You swore you could feel his own heartbeat with him being so close. It was, however, equally possible that it was your own.
Unsure where to place your own hands, you landed on the safe choice of wrapping your arms loosely around his neck. His lips formed a kind smile against your own, seemingly in response to your hand placement.
Cute.
Feeling brave, you tilted your head slightly working to deepen the kiss and move at a quicker pace. Sanji responded instantly to this, applying more pressure with the hand behind your head in an attempt to pull you impossibly closer. When he came to the conclusion that he wouldn’t be able to bring you any closer to him, he pressed his chest into your own, leading you slowly to lay your back down against the counter. He was mindful of the way he placed his upper body on top of your own, careful to not apply too much force in any one spot. With intention, he worked to slow the pace before pulling away from your lips with a small, wet noise. The feeling of him removing his lips from yours was empty. It was unfair.
“Are you uncomfortable at all, my love?”
“No, please kiss me,” you practically begged. You knew the embarrassment would catch up to you later but for right now, it didn’t matter.
He didn’t need to be asked twice. He moved in towards you again without missing a beat, and he was just about to meet your lips again, and—
“Sanji! Food!”
The voice of your captain radiated from somewhere else within the ship. Unknowingly, Luffy, in his own free-spirited manner, had cut through the energy the two of you had cultivated.
You and Sanji scrambled, trying not to make it obvious that you had just been making out in the same space where meals were prepared. Sanji offered an outreached hand to help you off of the counter. As soon as your feet touched the ground, you became aware of your legs' jelly-like nature. You would have stumbled if Sanji weren’t there to help you regain your balance, holding firmly onto your shoulders.
“I’m so sorry, I never should have initiated something like this—not here. It’s wrong to put a lady in a situation like this.” He was whispering, his worry shining through.
You positioned yourself onto your tiptoes before planting a kiss onto his cheek.
“You have nothing to apologize for. I wanted this just as much as you did.”
He melted with your words that would have reduced him to a puddle if he hadn’t realized something else.
“Ah! I didn’t even finish making your drink… and I didn’t even give you a proper tour around!”
“Well… I suppose I could forgive you for that if you promise to give me a real tour soon.”
He offered a breathy laugh.
“I promise. Come visit me here anytime?”
As if synced, you both leaned in forward for a final kiss to close out the night.
“Of course I will.”
With that, you peeled away from his grasp and slipped away to make your exit. Before opening the door, you turned to face him once more, half hoping that he had been following in your shadow. He wasn’t. He laughed and shooed you away.
“You know, I wish I could join you for the rest of the evening, but I fear I have a hungry patron on the way in need of my skills."
You met him with yet another pout. You’d be sure to kick yourself for that later, as well.
“Okayyy…” your voice lingered as you pushed through the door stepping out into the deck where the golden evening had turned into the pitch black night that was common out at sea.
You let the darkness consume your form fully as you walked further away from the galley’s entrance. In full confidence, you could now say that you had explored every room within the ship. The thought made you ever-so-slightly prideful. Not as prideful as thought of having the chef wrapped around your finger.
On a quiet evening like this one within the Sunny, one’s curiosity could lead to unprecedented, divine discoveries, as long as the seeker doesn’t mind the occasional chaos that comes with making this ship their home.

Dry humping + Somno ahoy!
I haven't written hucklerobby in a bit but here we go
Robby and Dennis cuddling in bed, Robby for some reason being the little spoon. He doesn't mind though, Dennis looks so cute; dead asleep and in his hoodie. So the lazy Sunday continues with the blonde snug around him. Then Dennis starts to shift. Just a bit. Robby doesn't think much of it, flipping through his book. Then he gets more frantic, legs wriggling around. Maybe he's having a nightmare, head craning a bit to the back.
Oh, his face is like fully flushed.
"Daddy~" Dennis whines out, hips starting to buck. "Love... Daddy's ass..."
Him and Dennis had talked about fulling around in their sleep before. Robby slipping his cock in between Dennis' thighs while he slept off a long shift, or the brunette stirring awake to see the blonde sucking him off. But not like this. Dennis never even said anything about topping. Well this was less of topping, and more like a puppy humping. Either way, it was endearing. The younger man had no idea he was even doing it, groggily whining and whimpering as he thrusted away. There was no real rhythm to it, just his little pup grinding and rolling his hips. It doesn't even take him long to come, moaning as he spills into his blue boxers. Dennis almost slips back into sleep but slowly blinks awake.
"Hm... Robby? Why-" He's horribly confused, rubbing his curls into the brunette's bare shoulder.
"Have fun, puppy?" He jokes, watching Dennis' eyes go wide and face flush.
erm erm um @wassup-its-e here's your fan art of your freak !!! I stayed up longer than I should have to finish this 💀
