It was always a rare day when he came home in a mood. His class though had been off the rails terrible and made him question everything about children. He had dealt with two kids getting into an altercation, another wearing his name out like a damn broken record. The second his day was over he had ripped his hearing aids out and turned them off, if he didn’t hear silence the rest of the night he was going to blow his lid. Unfortunately that meant he ignored raina, until she asked him like the kid for the millionth time what was wrong. “I don’t ever want kids.” He signed angrily, and just left it at that, not realizing how stupid of a thing it was to say or that Raina may actually take him at face value for his words. He just was so annoyed with other people’s kids right now that he had a headache.

Jeremy: So uh, totally don't need someone to come read me the directions to put this crib together.

Jeremy: I love you but I think you picked out the one that legit came in a million pieces.

Jeremy: I offer kisses for your amazing reading/signing skills..... Please?

Jeremy was curled up on the couch enjoying the breeze through the window’s of his apartment. He had a stack of papers in front of him, not an uncommon scene by all means but he was reading his kids stories and some of them were quite good and entertaining. He asked them what they wanted to do in the future as their sort of wrap up ‘final’ for the year. He honestly was ready for summer break, and maybe stealing Raina away for a few trips. The radio was playing, even though he couldn’t hear it at the moment, he turned it on often anyways so the neighbors didn’t think he was some recluse who just sat silently in his own place. Either way the silence allowed him to focus, what it didn’t  allow him to do tho is hear his fiance come home. So he jumped a bit when he felt a hand on his shoulder. “Oh, you’re home. Is it that time of the afternoon already?” Jeremy glanced at a clock to confirm he had spent most of the day grading papers. “There’s something for you on the table.” He told her, this morning before he started to work he had ran to grab her some flowers from the local shop down the street.

Jeremy woke up next to his wife and lord did he feel lucky to have Raina to finally be able to call her his wife. He got up and made coffee before he stood on the balcony overlooking the beach. He watched the waves crash the shore and longed to just go surf them. Feeling a hand on his back startled him a bit, but he felt hearing aids being placed in his hand, turning them on he placed them in his ear. “Good morning beautiful.” Jeremy wrapped around his wife’s waist. “Looks like it’s going to be a really nice day, we should try and get out today explore the beach, meet the people and such.” Jeremy was adventurous he wasn’t much of a tourist any time he traveled he wanted to immerse himself in the people, and culture.

Jeremy didn’t need to hear, or read their lips to understand what was going on. He had been there two years ago with the very same girl. When she had turned down his proposal and now here he was watching her accept another mans proposal. His childhood sweetheart, the girl whom he could talk too and settle into the silence with. The very girl who shattered his heart and now was going to make a life with some other dude who didn’t deserve her. Jeremy turned away from the couple as they kissed and just turned his hearing aids off, he’d rather hear the silence then the cheers of the small crowd. “Beer please.” He asked the bartender who slid him a bottle and Jeremy just took a long swig from the bottle in his own little world.

@a-museing-rps​ “Yeah I’ll head to bed after.”  He could feel her gentle kiss and it was enough to pull a smile to his lips. “Tacos.” He muttered with a laugh. “I’ve always got food on my mind.” He shrugged. “But if you want my other thoughts, I enjoyed tonight. Having us just relax together. Though your taste in tv is terrible.” He chastised a little before he opened his eyes and stretched a bit. “I’m going to fall asleep here. Though you look the same. Come on.” Jeremy turned the tv off and scooped her up into his arms, planning on carrying her back to her bed.

He grumbled as he tried to shut his laptop up, fantastic his roommate now could lord he was watching porn over his head. “Yeah clearly, can you like give me a minute to get some pants on or something? Or do you just prefer to stare at my dick all day?” He grumbled a little at the end, yeah he had tried to be a decent man but then again he wanted to question why she was just bursting into his room. He’d remember to lock the door next time or some shit.

Open to Females | Plot: Jer was in love w/ two women but he’s making his choice. 

“I still care about you and I just can’t make that disappear.” Jeremy knew he played with fire, they had been falling in love, hell he had been in love with her until his ex-wife waltzed into town. “You aren’t some second choice.” His heart had always belonged to someone else but now it completely belonged to her as long as she’d still take him and he hadn’t made his choice to late. “It’s always been you.... I was just too blind to see it.” Blind by a love that wasn’t ever finished properly, by a love that blindsided him like with her. But he knew they were meant to be together and he was just finding his way back to her. He could only hope on a prayer he wouldn’t be turned away, a life without the other woman he could live with, but a life without her? That wouldn’t be much of a life at all.
