Ti'ling or Jingles as she prefers is a black dragon that loves irony and black humour, she loves nothing more then being a motherfucker for the sake of it. She deliberately eschews traditional Ryuujin attire and dresses Gothically to deliblately curate an image of mystery in a world of sci-fi techware. (She needs the eyepatch though.)
In her past life she was a toymaker, specializing electronic games like a Rouge-like that randomly generated it's games from QR codes and the Meshnet Personal communicators, The Cybiko. She died during the world's great collapse but woke up as a Ryuujin and now watches over adventurers that need a bit of spice in their adventures.
She currently resides in an abandoned hotel on the far northern latitude where she works on other gizmos in her offtime. While reclusive, she's not not hostile to guests despite her constant jokes. When she needs to interact with her adventures in the field she prefers to take the form of a magpie when she's not directly appearing her charge's dreams.
