Outbound // The Story So Far (original by Transit)
as the world flies by outside of my window
Some say that hate, that it speaks in whispers but I can hear their curdling screams
well somehow I’m late on this, but just found out that Tim passed away and I’m genuinely saddened. Another good one gone too fucking soon… and although I never actually met the guy, he seemed like a good person and he was an incredible songwriter and artist. Transit were a big, big influence to me musically and just had a huge impact on me around ‘09 to’12. This Will Not Define Us, Keep This To Yourself, the Let It Out EP and the Stay Home EP helped me get through a lot of shit that I was going through at that time in my life. My heart sincerely goes out to all his family, friends, and all whom have been touched by his art like I have been. God damnit. Rest in peace, Tim Landers.
“Well anytime at all you feel like your falling down… Just look up and realize.. At how small we really are. Just sit back, and laugh it all away.”
