A flyer for a photo-event picked up in Orikabe town taking place in Ichinoseki and Hiraizumi. The flyer suggests both locations are photogenic. Rephotographing the location in the main visual (a river bank in Ichinoseki), one finds a construction site. Seems the river banks are being repaired, a process evident in July during our previous trip here. I hope that construction sites qualify as 'photogenic'. 17 September 2022. Sony RX100 5A.
