I had a dream last night where Spider-Man and Tim Drake had a big fight. But it was specifically your Tim Drake, like the Tim from Killing Tim Drake, like in your style. Anyway, it ended with them fighting in the ocean and both of them getting eaten by a giant yellow fish with bulging eyes while me and my aunt tried desperately to get my frosting to stay on a cookie.

We all know the trope of 'Tim is the replacement Robin and was mistreated in the beginning because he showed up after Jason's death', but consider:

Tim is adopted early and is part of the family BEFORE Jason dies, yet still ends up becoming Robin after his death, and being seen as a replacement. Despite him being seen as a separate person to Jason prior to his death, Bruce and Dick fall in to the same pattern of seeing Tim as a stand-in for Jason, and nobody realizes it's wrong until Jason comes back and gets very upset his baby brother was put in the suit.
