An inspirational corner in the lofty NY apartment of FOREVER MUSE #TinaChow, 1984. Monumental bronze #JeanDunand vessel and lacquer wardrobe sit around a macassar ebony piano by #Ruhlmann, which holds a presentation of Chow’s now iconic jewelry collection, along with their handmade mulberry boxes. Bangles and necklaces made of healing stones wrapped in bamboo, designed in collaboration with Japanese master bamboo artist #KosugeShochikudo, speak to the duality of her otherness as a Japanese American, straddling East and West.
