Bob Reynolds is the type of guy who you really can trust, he’s a good person and he’s truly doing his best, but you have to put down your own ego. The first time you make contact with him you (presumably) relive one of your worst moments, and he views it with you. If you’ve been through anything extraordinarily fucked up, that means all walls are useless and he may immediately ruin your first impression of him with that alone.

It’s not his fault, necessarily. Look at him, look at his friends, he’s not the type to ever MAKE you feel ashamed. But he does make you feel ashamed. It’s a very large, very bitter pill to swallow.

Would Merlin from the BBC show Merlin, be considered a Living Weapon Whumpee? The gods, Fate, Destiny, and Kilgharrah all pretty much bullied him into fulfilling a prophecy he never wanted any part of. He just wanted to be able to practice magic freely. He wanted to be accepted for who he was. But the gods said "Fuck you" and turned him into something he never wanted to be; a soldier for their cause. Then punished him by killing Arthur when he failed. Now he's forced to walk the earth alone, waiting for someone who's never coming back.

Kagome is Inuyasha's biggest fan and she's known him for like 5 minutes. I'm here for it cause that girl was in love with him on sight and now she's just following him into his dead giant dad's bones and smacking around a tiny annoying ass toad demon that's mean to her husband

And Jaken? Dude in the anime left his whole ass family just to follow Lord Sesshomaru so this demon was also like okay cool I like him I'm following him forever LETS GO and then he encounters a teenage girl in a skirt that kicks him into next year with no issues or apologies and literally shoves him back

I love how much Inuyasha's group as a whole has no problem bodily harming Jaken
