I've always believed that Tobirama isn't prone to addictions of any kind. He doesn't waste his money on gambling like his older brother, or get drunk on sake like his great-niece. This stems not only from his sense of responsibility and rationality, but also from the fact that losing control of a situation, of himself, is absolutely unacceptable to him. Someone else's power over him and dependence on something are tantamount to losing his own self, and so he resists it with all his might. For him, falling in love is the same addiction that confuses his thoughts, pushes him to act irrationally, interferes with his work, thinking, and simply functioning normally.

Depends on which Itachi we are talking about. If it's canon Itachi who is dying and you ask him for a baby or family then he's like absolutely not. He can't leave you on your own with a child and he also doesn't have the time left to give you a big family.
So lets just pretend that doesn't happen. Itachi doesn't get ill and he doesn't die.
You two have been together for years at this point (I feel Itachi needs a few years in this to be able to jump into such a commitment. He can see himself being with you forever at this point)
The two of you of you are sitting outside on the veranda, drinking tea, legs hanging off the side. The warm, summer breeze is blowing through creating a sense of ease. This is when you first think to broach the topic. To ease him into the idea.
'Hey Itachi, I've a question.' You ask, turning to see him bring his cup to his lips.
'Mm?' He asks, absentmindedly taking a long sip of tea, eyes still looking toward the scenery in front of him.
'Do you want to have kids, with me?'
Itachi chokes on his tea, spluttering a little as he brings his cup down. The recovery his quick and smooth as he turns to you quickly, eyes wide. 'What?' He asks, more questioning if he'd heard you correctly than what you had said.
'Kids.' You repeat. 'Is it something you'd consider ever doing—ehrm well having rather—with me that is.' You smile, scratching your cheek at the attempt to smoothen out your sentence.
'Oh.' He says blinking, animately. 'Oh.' He repeats like he's not quite sure what to make of the question.
'I've put you on the spot.' You shake your head.
'No.' He assures then shakes his head into a nod. 'Well, yes but no.' Itachi cringes at himself. 'I mean, it's something I—oh gosh.' He runs his hand over his face. 'Sorry.'
You observe him noticing his face his rather flushed? And you realise you've never quite seen him so flustered before. You had flustered him! Flustered Itachi Uchiha!

The next time it's brought up is during a heated make out.

Okay this little shit (affectionate) is probably the easiest to convince in theory but he's also a pain in the butt about it lol
Madara is the biggest simp when it comes to you so he's willing to do what you want and honestly if the two of you are having kids by conceiving together then he's like yay that means we get to do it aye aye (wiggles those eyebrows) punch him honestly.
The thing is when you first tell him he's also of two minds about it. He wants to hurry up and have lots of sex and babies with you because Madara also wants a big family. Big fams are what the Uchiha do.
HOWEVER he's also a bit selfish? Wants to wait a bit and keep you all to himself for a few years more. Wants to have your undivided attention and not have to share you with his children yet. He knows it has to happen one day and is happy to let it happen. He's just... not sure he wants it to yet!
There's still so much couple one on one things he wants to do! So he makes a deal that while the two of you are trying (if you don't want to wait) the two of you have to do a bunch of couple things together.
It's honestly win win because you get to do a lot of relaxing things like trips to the hotsprings. Date nights. Just lots of time with him spoiling you and him being absolutely obsessed with you.
Now the whole conversation itself when you did ask him to have a baby with you was a whole thing lol. It's probably pillowtalk because that's where all your deep and important convos with Madara happen.

'I know, I know I'm just keeping such a serious conversation more joyful.' He says, wrapping his arms around you. 'I had to take advantage of your phrasing. I'm sorry.'
You huff again. 'Look if you don't want to just—' You move to roll around in his arms but he stops you.
'Oh no, no, no. Nobody runs away from Madara Uchiha. Not even you!' He grabs you and turns you back to him.
You try to keep a scowl plastered on your face but it's hard when his smile is so damn genuine.
'Of course I want to have children with you! I think about having tens of children with you! It's all I can do but stop cumming inside without protection.'

TOBIRAMA SENJU
This man is the hardest one to convince of the bunch. I personally don't see him really having kids and if he does it's on the lower number rather than having the bigger family.
It's got to do with the time period he's in, just coming out of the warring era and seeing so many children die and the self sacrifice he makes to dedicate himself to the village. Even though they technically have some peace in their era it does not last long.
He's not around a lot at home in the first place and feels guilty if he has to leave it to you or others to raise his children so it's going to be a big decision to have kids.
That being said if it's something you really want he's not going to say no because deep in his heart, having kids is something he would like to have. Having someone he created with you that is (for a time) untouched by war and without that burden? A dream.
It takes some years of convincing to do it though. It's not a one time conversation. It's several conversations over the years. Negotiations and understandings. He needs to make sure you understand he can't always be there. Even if he wants to be.
Tobirama will also want to be able to train them to protect themselves whether they become shinobi or not. He won't be able to sleep at night not knowing they have some sort of protection.
The thing that helps ease Tobirama into it as well is Mito and Hashirama. Their kids and seeing how they fair help sway his opinion. You helping out Mito and seeing how you are with children helps enourmously too.
Him seeing you with children always did something to his heart, tugging at those heartstrings. You just always softened? around children. You were a natural caretaker.
Tobirama couldn't bear being the one to keep you from that.
Conversations during the evenings after dinner. You take the plates over to the sink then join him over at the kotatsu.
'Have you given any thought to our conversation?' You ask, taking a seat behind him with your arms on his shoulders.
'Which convseration are you referring to?' He asks.
You begin working his shoulders, massging them gently at first, working out the tension he's worked up in the day.
He grunts but pushes back into your touch.
'You know,' you whisper against his ear, 'that conversation.' You run your lips over the shell of his ear then down his neck.
He shivers a little and you see his eyes close.
'Oh, that conversation.' He says, softly.
He hasn't dismissed it right out. That's progress.
You keep working his shoulders and alternate between kissing his neck and cheek.
Tobirama relaxes and becomes undone beneath you. He melts entirely at your touch until he merely falls back against you.
Your hands come around him, resting on top of his arms. Fingertips gently tracing his cool exposed skin.
There's a comfortable silence, one you can hear him gathering his thoughts.
'I want to give you what you want.' He says, breaking the silence.
'But?'
'But, I just need a little more time.'
A small smile finds your lips. 'Okay.' You press a kiss to his temple. 'I only want this if you do too.'
Tobirama grunts. As if to say he could ever be made to do something he doesn't want to ever.
The conversation is broached a few times after that but it isn't long until it's agreed upon. And the two of you begin trying to a baby.
I’ll die for the headcanon that Tobirama is actually the youngest of all his brothers and Butsuma’s children. It adds such a delicious layer of complexity and tragedy to his character and upbringing that is so, so enjoyable to unpack and explore. You can pry it from my cold, dead hands but as much oldest daughter energy as he gives, Tobirama was the baby of his family that was forced into being the pseudo oldest sibling.
𓆃 It's actually surprisingly uncomplicated to go from an enemy to a lover with Tobirama, contrary to assumptions. And it's because he's an extremely logical person.
𓆃 Given that you end up proving yourself to be trustworthy, Tobirama is willing to take things of the past at face-value and weigh them against actions of the present.
𓆃 All clans, after all, were warring. And when peace was inevitably negotiated, there wasn't a single soul who had nothing to look past.
𓆃 Things might actually go smoother if you knew Tobirama prior to the foundation of the village. Seeing each other in passing on the field or even engaging on combat together would, at the very least, establish some familiarity between the two of you.
𓆃 Especially for the period, battlefield etiquette was an unspoken rule that almost everyone engaged in. And while you could expect an increase in underhanded tactics when things grew contentious, at the very least, you learned your opponent's name.
𓆃 And while Tobirama isn't one to throw out compliments to you during your altercations, the engagement itself is a testament to your strength and praise to your skill.
𓆃 He'll get oddly silent, his eyes never leaving you as he charges at you over and over with his blade. Although, this isn't to say that he's rash when it comes to you. Rather, it's the opposite.
𓆃 His gaze is dark and calculated, and his intense focus is a compliment in and of itself. It means he's taking you seriously.
𓆃 And once the village eventually comes together, building rapport with Tobirama only becomes easier, especially if your people are on board and cooperating with the effort or if you're an active participant in negotiations and/or leadership.
𓆃 It takes time, genuine interactions, and, of course, some amount of trust to break through Tobirama's hard exterior. He's fairly aloof and abrasive, but demonstrating your seriousness when it comes to the issues can gain you a powerful ally.
𓆃 Tobirama can also smell an act from a mile away, so sincerity is key to building a relationship. And no matter what your dynamic evolves into, it's one built on trust and honesty.
𓆃 It's extremely likely that Tobirama will fall first... and not know it, which leads to you noticing him around quite a bit, always finding an excuse to talk to you while also staying stand-offish and aloof.
𓆃 He tries to stay a logical as he can, but every so often his nerves will get the better of him, resulting in various fumbles or misspoken words.
𓆃 But don't be mistaken, if things start to go south with any agreements between your clans, Tobirama won't shy away from the issues and may speak with less tact than he should. But it's important to understand that his approach is logical.

Imagining Tobi as an Uchiha's significant other is quite the scenario. He might tease their partner's clan in jest—or so it seems, though his insults aimed at Madara are delivered with earnest seriousness.
He would only reveal his gentle side to you. It would take him a considerable amount of time, and by that, I mean a very long time, to become accustomed to your presence. He had grown accustomed to solitude since the time of war. Hashirama was a good brother, yet he often spent time with Madara. While Hashirama found companionship, Tobi remained alone. So he can't get accustomed to your approaches. Being an Uchiha, he's inclined to doubt your intentions. He simply can't understand why you, a beautiful, young, and cheerful woman, would be interested in someone as grumpy and serious as him.
His emotions are in turmoil. He's struggling to decide whether his feelings are mere attraction or genuine love. Having never fallen in love before, the thought of being in love with an Uchiha feels almost overwhelming. Whenever he sees you speaking with another man, his heart aches, but he can't pinpoint the reason. Whenever you undertake a risky mission, he becomes worried about you, yet he can't explain why.
Hashirama has noticed his younger brother's behavior and often teases Tobirama about his crush, finding it humorous and entertaining. Hashirama attempts to assist Tobirama by encouraging him to converse with you. Occasionally, he might even broach topics like marriage just to see the reaction from both of you.
Upon hearing that Madara was seeking a potential mate for you, he implored Hashirama to intervene. Unwilling to watch you marry another without making an attempt, Hashirama advised him to speak with you directly. But how should he explain it to you? How should he ask for your marriage? What if you reject him? These thoughts would occupy his mind. He would never reveal his nervousness, as his ego is substantial. However, his nights would be restless, consumed with thoughts about the outcome.. He often imagines you in his dream ;)
Eventually, he will muster the courage to invite you for a simple walk. Strolling beside you near your cherished place, chatting about the things you love, attentively listening as you speak of some matters that doesn't make any sense, and gazing at you with eyes full of longing. He would notice you struggling with your hair falling in front of your eyes and would assist by gently tucking those strands behind your ears, all the while maintaining eye contact. This is the ideal moment to propose; he leans in closer, resting his head against yours.
"Y/n...I think I am falling in love with you" he would say sincerely, his voice holding a type of vulnerability you have never seen before. He would wait for your response. If you said yes he would kiss you deeply.
For me, I don't have fixed sexuality headcanons for most characters, even for the characters for whom I have fixed sexuality headcanons. Like for instance, with Madara, I usually see him as 100% gay, like very very gay. But, if I want to make MadaMito happen, I make him bi. In fact, I think most characters I headcanon as bi/pan, actually monosexual characters are a rarity.
Also, each character has an allo/ace/aro switch that I flip on and off based off of my mood. Like, I'm not sure if Madara is demi, or if he just has high standards that 99.99999% of men can't dream of reaching. For instance, his *bare minimum* requirement is that the guy has to be taller than him. He's like 5'10. In a clan where the average male height is like 5'7.
And the same thing with Hashirama. Usually, I hc him as allosexual, but sometimes I make him acespec just because I'm a contrarian at heart for funsies.
Tobirama: Some kind of aroace-spec, but he could also just be allo. Idk
Mito: Bisexual with a preference for women.
Touka: Gay, but sometimes I make her bi for like IzuTouka/ToukaIzu
Hikaku: Idk, either bi or straight
Izuna: Pansexual
Sasuke: This is a tricky one. With him, he has to be 100% gay. but, I could also see him as being aroace-spec

He loves it when you hold his hand though, that’s something he truly enjoys while sleeping, and not tangle your legs with his too?
And just like our giant teddy bear Jiraiya, he’s body is also soft and huggable, and he feels so good wrapped around you. He always smell like heaven, this deep rooty smell, maybe it’s because of his hair products, but the scent makes you wanna lick him to make sure he’s not actually walking food. Such a damn baby. He cannot and will not sleep if you don’t spoon him. Ichigo is two years older than Hashirama and Sado, and Itama, Karin, and Yuzu are all the same age.
Ichigo was able to take Sado, Yuzu, and Karin to Uzushio to keep them safe but Butsuma caught on and almost cut his head off when he tried to take Itama.
Tobirama is autistic. He is so autistic, trust me bro. He sucks at expressing and identifying emotions (both his and others), and it doesn't help that he has resting bitch face. Anyways, it's because he's autistic that he's practically immune to genjutsu bc his brain is wired differently.

Hashirama has and will grow cotton specifically for Tobirama because he thinks it's a Good Texure. His clothes are soft cotton, his blanket is soft cotton, his futon is soft cotton, every cloth piece is soft cotton because it's a very easy gift for holidays because it's very well known.
Hated shoes as a toddler, and absolutely refused to wear them. he still prefers to walk around barefoot if he can get away with it.
His armor is actually heavier than normal Senju armor bc he likes the weight, it's calming, like his dry bean weighted blanket that Sado and Hashirama made him.
Uses his fur mantle as Good Texure, and will fiddle with it and tug on it if he feels safe. Torifu and Kagami find this very charming.
