Lilith was pissed. First God, now Sera?

Celestials were on her grade A shit list today.

Returning to Hell, she was in full demon form, a sight not usually seen as she went around the palace. If Sera was going to shrug off Adam, then she would make the ignorant puppet choke on the truth with her claws wrapped around her throat. Storming into Lucifer's office, she took him by the hand, dragging him away from his desk. "We're going to Heaven to save Adam. NOW. " She turns to the side of her, knowing the entity was near by in the shadows. "ROO! Follow my shadow. We have an angel to torture..Sera is detaining Adam and we need him out." No hellos, no kisses or hugs. Just business and demands to a location. Her eyes were glowing a vibrant red, fangs on full display. [ @hells-greatestdad and @tocliimb ]

“About an hour.” He chuckled, in his hand, a bottle of wine, right from Heaven itself. “I’m just messing with you, I came to have that conversation I owe you. You know, the one where it’s not just you being pissed off? Is today a good day?”

“If I said this was all a dream and totally not happening, would you believe me?” Lucid stood near frozen like a deer in the headlights, blue wings fanned out and ruffled. His demon disguise failed to stay activated (again), but worse the young seraphim happened to be hiding near the back exit to the news station. The very news station that a certain King seemed to be leaving after an interview. Blue eyes locked with his predecessors, Lucid silently prayed to Father to let him escape this experience in one piece.

The second wife of the General? Of course there was a twinge of... Something she couldn't quite put her finger on when she was told that fact. Something within her soul. Ah, that cursed piece of the General was acting up now knowing who this was.

All around them, Exorcists were aiding Winners and Heavenborn to a safer area as the perimeter was being secured quickly.

"Whoever the General has been with means nothing to me, I am but a soldier of Heaven. For now we are allies against this... Obelisk." The woman before her looked... Horrifying. Like she could tare up the Exorcist in mere moments. Hopefully it wouldn't come down to that. "If you allow me, we should get you away from this place. Let my sisters clear the area."

“If that’s what you need.” And he was serious. The things he had done to Eve? He blames himself. It wasn’t a secret. He had made mistakes with Lilith. And Eve. All of them. And because of that, here she was today, a manifestation of anger and hate.

And the man dares to move forward. He dares to take her clawed hand and he DARES to put that hand right against his chest.

“If that will make you heal. Then so be it. Hit me. As much and as long as you’d like.”

It's only moderately easier to come up with something to say to Sherlock than it was back then.

Louis has never been good at finding the right words for things like these. It's one thing to put on a show in front of people he doesn't have any sort of investment in, and he's gotten marginally better at that, but it'll always be different with people who have had an impact on his life.

With this man, it's more different than anyone.

"... I have things to do, but I have enough time to prepare you tea before I leave, if you'd like."

He's not sure how long Sherlock will be staying ( he's not even sure, regretfully, how long William will be ), but he makes the offer anyway. It's said tensely, with a significant strain behind it, but not because of the hatred that usually spurned that general awkwardness. This time, Louis just seems like at a loss for what the right thing to do is.

That said, it's definitely a little weird for the director of MI6 to be offering to make someone else tea, but he's been doing it for everyone this whole time---it'd feel even more odd not to, now.

"You can't trick me," Twain says, leaning on the hands he's got clasped on top of Sebastian's shoulder. It's a nice day outside, he thinks—cool enough that it isn't a complete pain to share body heat with other people. "You loooooove me!"

It's a common back and forth between them.

If it were anyone else, Twain might have doubted that fact a little bit more. He's certain, actually, that he would have. But even though they don't have the same system he and Will do for loving eachother in ways that are visible, Moran does other things. Like inviting Twain into his home, for one thing. Like decorating for Halloween when Twain knows he really doesn't give that much of a shit about it.

So it's not really about hearing the words as much as it's about needling Sebastian. That happens to be one of his favorite pastimes, after all!
