Tommy had gone over to the old house hoping to find Brett and make score some free weed, but when he got there he found something better. He looked through the window when the door wasn’t opened right away and saw Brett’s sister vacuuming. She was younger than Brett and of course younger than him but she was hot as hell and considering what he knew she did for a living Tommy wanted a piece of that. Unable to stop the licking of his lips he felt his pants tighten a little and knew he had to play it cool to get inside. They had met a few times but they didn’t really know each other. If she was there cleaning there was a good chance that Brett wasn’t there, and that made the situation all the more sweeter. He couldn’t help wonder if she’d charge him, but he hoped not, he was going to play the friend of your brothers card and hope for the best.

Hearing the vacuum go quiet he quickly left the window and knocked again, wiping the smirk off his face when the door opened. “Oh hey Zee, I was looking for Brett is he around?” He knew she and her little slut friend had moved out, and he knew what they did for a living, all he needed now was her to let him in the house. “I’m guessing he’s not because you’re here and answering the door.” Smiling wide he shrugged, “I’ll go hit the diner, but hey can I use the bathroom real quick?”

Warren Murphy:

Kicked off the farm at thirteen, Warren Murphy is a hardworking, awkward teenager with a knack for finding himself in Situations. He's worked from fruit farms to speakeasies and has a range of talents that buffer his otherwise mild and polite manners. Born into the dust bowl, raised in the dust bowl, and becoming an adult in the dust bowl, all he knows is scrapping for scraps. He'll do anything to keep this new life with Everett. He's the literal Red-Headed Stepchild.

Tommy Murphy:

Warren's younger brother, Tommy is inquisitive, intuitive and prone to getting into trouble. He has these big, empty looking eyes that tend to stare holes into your soul. He's almost always following Warren around, but is mostly unaware of just how much trouble he gets his older brother into. He's more book-smart than Warren, but he lacks people skills, and tends to say the stuff you aren't supposed to say out loud. He's eight years old.

Everett Wildeen:

The sole owner of the Wildeen family, Everett is bombastic, enthusiastic, and companionable. Though not human, he deeply values humans and thinks they're the bee's knees, and is often trying to mimic them. A lover of cigars, radio, and whiskey, he gleefully drags Warren around to places he feels are very Human and will therefore Enrich Warren's life. Deep down, he's very childlike, going from thing to thing with little regard of who he hurts. He has a massive temper.

Jo:

Everett's right-hand-woman, Jo has been by Everett's side since he emerged in the human world, though it's clear it's not by choice. Jo is gruff, stern, and an overachiever. She's highly skilled from years of study and can be whatever is needed. A mentor, an armywoman, a responsible adult. She spends her free time trying to break into an attic upstairs.

remember when Eric couldn’t adopt Tommy and Tommy told him he didn’t like him very much, prompting tears from all of America? And then 16 odd years later, Tommy comes back to thank Eric for all he did for him? Hah hahaha ahaha me too
