1.) Operation WereTiger: BackFired!: One of my favorite works for Bungo Stray Dogs! It combines all my favorite things: Lee!Dazai, Atsushi's paw hands, collaborating with friends, and absolute mayhem! Nym (@intheticklecloset) is a fabulous writer- and getting an opportunity to collab and befriend her makes this fic extra special in my book ^w^

2.) Girls Night: I adored writing this fic ajlkjarkjeajkrakj It's not often I get the chance to write Shinobu and Mitsuri's friendship, nor do I get the chance much to write something so Muichiro-centric. This fic covered both! :D Getting to write these three having a sleepover and bonding brought me so much joy alejkrakjrekj I just love writing sleepover fics!

3.) Phone Chaos: Lookie, it's our collab! :D I love collabs, can't y'all tell? Alongside that- Spy x Family is one of my favorite anime/manga! The characters are hilariously cute, the story is funny and intense, and I adore these two as a couple so much. Also writing Yor with her face covered in chocolate to go alongside your art with her covered in chocolate is beyond funny alkjrkeakraekrjk

a dress that looks exactly like this: ‘a lovely soft brown gloria with all the gloss of silk; a skirt with dainty frills and shirrings; a waist elaborately pintucked in the most fashionable way, with a little ruffle of filmy lace at the neck. But the sleeves–they were the crowning glory! Long elbow cuffs, and above them two beautiful puffs divided by rows of shirring and bows of brown-silk ribbon.’ (I’m not 12 anymore but I still want Anne of Green Gables’ first puffed-sleeve dress.)

top three parts of london and top three things about living in london

This is a good one! 

Neighbourhoods:

Chelsea -- particularly the bit between King’s Road and Chelsea Embankment, near the Royal Hospital. I love how peaceful and village-like it is, and yet you’re so close to literally everything. Big fan, favourite part of London.

Bloomsbury -- it has the best bookstores, and I love the garden squares.

Primrose Hill -- gorgeous, village-like and close to Regent’s Park. 

Top three things about living in London

The food. Honestly guys, I have eaten so well since moving here. Obviously there are some duds, but on the whole, I am a huge fan of the London restaurant scene -- my list of restaurants to visit is ever-expanding.

The museums. I mean, the V&A is possibly the best thing to ever exist??

The people -- this applies to Cambridge too, but I’m really lucky to have an amazing network of insane, amazing friends in London, both from undergrad and from the GDL/my vac scheme. I think my experience would’ve been very, very different without them, so I’m incredibly grateful!

Razia’s Shadow: The Puppet Show

I finally saw the puppet show for Razia’s Shadow up on YouTube, and I really liked it! The songs were wonderful, and that puppet work was freaking astounding. I feel like the story was a little simple, and there were times - especially in Part II - where the songs got kind of ridiculous, but overall I’d recommend it.

My favorite songs from Part I were:

The Missing Piece (Catchy, conveyed Ahrima and Nidria’s love nicely, and seeing Ahrima rockstar-slide across the stage left me in stitches)

The Spider and the Lamps (Barayas reminds me of Tamatoa, and I loved that guy, so naturally I liked this one)

The Oracle (A sad but serene and hopeful conclusion to the painful end of Part I)

As for Part II:

The Exit (Probably my favorite song of the whole musical - powerful, with lyrics I really identified with)

Holy the Sea (I like the puppets for the Bawaba brothers, as well as the Bawabas in general - giving Adakias the encouragement he’s always needed)

Doctor Doctor (Again, the puppet work here is phenomenal; watching Dumaya wheel about and play with his own head was incredibly entertaining)

24: top 3 books: Harry Potter series (sorry I can’t chose just one), Hemlock by Kathleen Peacock, and Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia (I haven’t read much for fun in the last 4 years, so these are YA books.)
