Finished the Traverse Mitts this week. It took about a half skein of Spirit Trail Fiberworks Birte. They worked out well, and now I will have warn hands at work.

August's shipment for the Spirit Trail Fiberworks yarn club arrived earlier this week. The yarn is Birte, a DK weight merino, cashmere, and silk blend in the Dark-Eyed Junco colorway. Rather than going with the pattern provided, I am knitting Traverse Mitts by Sarah Gomez from Interweave Knits Holiday 2016 issue. Pretty fast knit, so far.
