Fallout 3: Treeminders (Harold Cultists)

Pictured: Concept art by Adam Adamowicz for the outfits of the “Harold Cultists,” which evolved into the Treeminders at Oasis.

The second outfit and aspects of the first outfit made it into Fallout 3.

These outfit designs were later revisited in Fallout 76 for the Cultist Neophyte, Adept and Elder outfits, as part of the Night of the Moth update. You can read about the Treeminders here:
