365 day inversion challenge : Day 6
Enough with the regular headstands ! Today I’ve decided to post a tripod headstand. I need to work on the way I position my arms but the result aren’t bad.
I’m still struggling with handstands and now that I’m more comfortable with headstands, I wanted to try something new. That’s why I started to train for tripod headstands and here is the result.
I’m getting addicted to doing inversions !

Ummmmmmm just did my first successful full tripod headstand sequence everyone be proud of me
I've been practicing my tripod from a wide-legged forward fold. It's starting to feel a bit more solid. Got to keep on practicing!

Headstand question
I can manage to keep my balance about 3-5 seconds in the tripod stand, but my neck feels like it'll break... I tried placing my head differently, but that feeling remains... Suggestions? Comments? Is it normal?
