Sorry, I did NOT mean for this to take me almost two months

Headcanon that trolls almost exclusively have one egg at a time. Twins like Cooper and Prince D and Satin and Chenille are extremely rare. Higher order multiples are pretty much unheard of.

Bruce knew Vacaytioners had litters of kids, but didn’t put two and two together that it might apply to him.

Up to this point, Bruce has been convinced that they’re in a casual relationship. Just good vibes, no serious talk. In reality, he’s had several moments where he broke down around her. Yet despite Brandy being there for him every time, to him the fact that they were moments of panic means they didn’t count. The fact that Brandy always treated him normally afterwards has just been proof to him that she was trying to move on from the awkward moment.

He’s convinced that this is finally the screwup that’ll be too much for her to ignore, and she’ll finally ditch him.

It’s honestly a good thing this came as a complete surprise. If Bruce had suspected anything he probably would’ve tried to hide it. The sheer panic meant he was acting on instinct, and his instinct was to call out for the one person he trusted.

Bruce is sneaky!

Bruce runs a restaurant that mostly caters to the inhabitants of Vacay Island, all of which are WAY bigger than him.

This would naturally lead to logistical issues with serving food, but Bruce has designed his place to account for this in an interesting way.

He put in deep, inground pools instead of tables.

Doing this puts his customers mostly at his eye level, and means he doesn't have to haul full plates up and down giant tables.

BUT, the pools have another, hidden feature!

They make people eat more!

Biologically, being in water, even if your not moving very much, burns more calories than sitting still on a chair.

You don't usually notice while you're in the water, but it uses more energy; which makes you hungrier, so you order more food!

The pools are also indoors, in the shade; so unless they have built in heaters, they are probably somewhat cool (not cold, that would turn people off).

Cool/cold water burns even more energy, as your body works to regulate your temperature.

Notice that the food preparation area, while also sunken, has no water in it. That's because they know about the extra energy use, and don't want the cook getting tired!

Bruce and Brandy have very cleverly designed their restaurant to get the most out of it. Hungrier customers via improved ascetics!
