Division 47 townies from The Sims 2 PSP recreated for The Sims 3

Since I started playing The Sims 3 Strangetown, I noticed there were a few Sims missing that I'd like to have. I recreated the four Division 47 guards; Jane Koch, Clint Heckler, Winnie Chester and Sten Luger. I also made the two Division 47 scientists; Red Sands and Cristian Allard.

Red, Cristian, Winnie and Sten's everyday outfit is custom content.

I've never shared Sims from the sims 3 before. The download includes sims3pack files, which is to be installed via launcher. Let me know if there's a problem or if I should be sharing differently.

[TS3 DOWNLOAD] Landmark Signs from The Sims 4

Info: Converted from The Sims 4 by yours truly.

Notes: They are under Deco/Misc/2000§ and all have 1 swatch each, not CAStable.

New deco for your community lots? AND it lights up at night??? Sign me up, haha!!

Well, uhhh, it's signs - one for a car wash, one for a gas station and one for a burger place. All have been resized a bit and I made the burger sign so that the wing? Bow? Round thingy fits perfectly on a 1 story building. Sorry for the crappy picture, taking photos is not my strong suit. Oh, and these are lot deco, not landmarks, as in not available in edit town!!! I only named them like this because they are landmarks in TS4...wait, should I enable these for edit town mode? Nah...

And where do I get the gas station or the car wash, you might ask? Well, both deco buildings have been already converted a long time ago by AroundTheSims3 here.

[TS3 DOWNLOAD] Lucky Palms Terrain Paints

Info: This is a download I have made, so it might not be perfect ;)

Required: Basegame

Notes: The textures have been extracted by auntielynds here. I simply saved them as terrain paints to be used in-game. The sand is used for the canyons surrounding the city and does not match the sand used downtown, e.g. on the golf course.

And this time I even remembered to change the catalog names lol. The grass in the background is from Hidden Springs and is not included.

Unrelated notes:

This is basically a "50 follower gift" to celebrate...well...me having 50 followers (though this post is queued and it might be more now...or less). I know most of my followers are either bots or other simblrs who felt obligated to follow me back (lol) but I appreaciate everyone who likes and comments and reblogs my stuff very much :)

I'm really happy the people in this community are all so nice and that there is still SO MUCH content being made for The Sims 3. So keep doing that and have a wonderful day loves!

I also want to add that I recently learnt how to convert items from The Sims 4 which is what I'll be working on for the next few weeks. So a lot more downloads are coming.

Oh, and before I forget: I made a sideblog from the perspective of my main sim, Jesslyn Porter, here. It includes more pictures of her with instagram-like captions telling her life story in Roaring Heights. I'm not that active there and I'll still share general gameplay stuff on here, but if you want to check that out too, go ahead.

[TS3 DOWNLOAD] Fashion Radio Station

Info: This is a download I have made based on this music replacement by sheepyk and with the "Broadcaster" by gamefreak130.

Notes: So sheppyk at ModtheSims had the brilliant idea to replace all loading screen and background music with some glamourous fashion sound tracks by composer TimTaj. While I was huge fan of that idea, I didn't feel ready to replace all the music in my game. Therefore I used the Broadcaster tool by gamefreak130 to add my favorite songs of their selection as a seperate radio station to the game.

So if you're building a mall, a fashion studio or anything of that kind, you can just set the public speakers to play "Fashion Radio". You won't need anything else except the file provided in the download - but I recommend to check out the links under Info too :)

[TS3 DOWNLOAD] Bloom's Cable Car: Decorative and recolored version!

Info: I made this out of Bloom's Cable Car using Monsoon's van as a base (it had the right footprint/flags already). The font on the top sign is "Bobblehead" by Franzilla.

Required: Basegame + Nraas Traffic Mod

Notes: Bloom once blessed us with a replacement for the fake taxis that came with Bridgeport (that drive around town but are purely decorative; you need Nraas Traffic to make them spawn in other worlds) which I absolutely love.

But I always wanted to have a buyable, decorative version as well and maybe one with a different color. So after an embarassingly long time I finally manged to fulfill my dreams. Below you'll find two versions:

Version 1: Original Cable Car as Fake Taxi Replacement and as deco object in Buymode/Deco/Misc for 10§ (= 2 files).

Version 2: White/blue Cable Car with simlish signs as Fake Taxi Replacement and as deco object in Buymode/Deco/Misc for 10§ (= 2 files).

IMPORTANT: You can only chose one version and need both files in the folder! The decorative cable car will pull its colors from the taxi replacement so only use one! I mean it! Nraas Traffic is required for the taxi replacement!!!
