Romantic Malibu Farm (Gallery ID LarsLabyrinth): This is my (pre-Cottage Living) farm version of my Romantic Malibu Vineyard lot. With 2 barns 1 for livestock 1 for production (gardening, candles, knitting, handy work, ect) With 2 upstairs barn lofts for farmhands. The design is inspired by the combination of architecture & styles found in many older Southern California estates/ranches/farms/vineyards that overlook the California coast. Has a variety of plants that are all in full bloom during Summer. The full lot is 64x64 & originally built on the ocean cliff in Brindleton Bay but comes in multiple smaller sizes that are just the vineyard or just the house itself. Listen, living in the city can be pretty costly, so you gotta make do with any furniture that gives you the best bang for your simoleon. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in Culpepper Apartments in the Spice District of San Myshuno is perfect for any single sim or couple that loves color! 

Currently Unavailable on the gallery, I’m willing to post it though! It will just have the Custom Content tag for minor things (like my TV’s are classified as CC even though they’re from the base game. This build is 99% CC-free. 

If this blog gains some traction I’ll be glad to post the sims/families I put into my renovations as I plan on replacing the entire city of San Myshuno with my own sims.
