Affluista Mansion Reno V2 + Landgraab Makeover

50x50 | 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms | type: residential

My second version of Affluista Mansion. I’ve already renovated this build once in 2020 and I really liked the idea behind it, but thought it needed a bit of a refresh. The layout and the style is different than before. I added another bedroom that used to belong to Johnny Zest, and there is also an underground vault. The only things that remained mostly unchanged are the kitchen and the bathrooms. You can find the old version HERE.

I also gave the Landgraabs makeover - I changed their appearance to resemble their Sims 3 look and I added likes and dislikes. Malcolm now has the same genetics as his parents. Geoffrey and Nancy’s face presets are the same.
