Attempting to create a median tulpa! will let you know how it goes!
Cool! Good luck!
Hello Sophie! I think I've messaged before, but I wanted to tell you about something very cool! I found tulpamancy very interesting and inspiring since it's how I came into the world, so I decided to make a tulpa of my own, and he's finally here now! It took longer than expected, but he's communicating with others now, and he seems happy! I feel so proud; this must be what my host felt like when they made me. I want to give him a future filled with light!

Aw, that's amazing! I'm so happy for you! And him too!
Give your new tulpa a hug and welcome him into the world for me! 🫂💖
hi sophie! we have a friend interested in tulpamancy, and another friend interested in creating a headspace, but the catch is they both have aphantasia that extends to all five senses! do u have any advice or resources on how to go about either of these things for somebody with aphantasia? we're the exact opposite and rely heavily on visualization, so it makes it near-impossible for us to guide our friends properly. any advice or resources on tulpamancy or headspace creation with aphantasia would be super appreciated!
I think any form of narration should be effective for tulpamancy. Just talking to the tulpa in their head and listening for a response. I believe other tulpamancers with aphantasia have done that. Visualizing a body isn't actually necessary. It might make things a bit easier, but it's not really that integral.
I think having some sort of inner monologue is probably more important than your inner world senses.
As far as headspaces go though, I don't know if that's possible. If it was just sight that they lacked, I've heard of some who can feel around in their inner worlds. But without tactile senses either, that doesn't really make sense. I don't want to say it's impossible. But I have no idea how one would go about it.
I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.
I've decided to change the format a bit
While I'm going to be keeping a diary of sorts, it's going to be mostly progress stuff as I see it happen.
So, Day 9 (2/6/14) went to school and came home to derp around the internet. I had to do a bunch of stuff, but Annalisse was there right next to me. [I was bored... There wasn't much to do.]
Day 10 (2/7/14): We had an exciting day going to the store together and getting stuff. Then a wonderland RP where we went to Night Vale. We both fangurled over the experience. Found out Annalisse ships celios [No I don't.] Yes. And we had a fun adventure until some weird stuff started happening. As my meditative/trance state deepend everything suddenly changed. I was no longer in control of what was happening unlike before. Then again we were just conversing, Cecil, Carlos, Annalisse and I, but suddenly it was going on its own. Found out why Annalisse likes Night Vale so much (She feels normal there...) Then it got kind of hypnogogic and I started to fall asleep.
But we stayed up having existential conversations until I did fall asleep. But she was there the whole night every time I woke up. (It seemed she was suddenly so THERE. Probably because whatever barriers are in my physical world are gone.) The effect pretty much lasted until the afternoon.
But if there was a decisive moment of a creations existence and sentience, I think I've just hit that point in my own creation.
