Phoenix, AZ -- Diners will be releasing his third album Three on September 16 via Asian Man Records. It’s easy to tell what kind of mood this song will set for you. If you listened to his previous single “Fifteen On A Skateboard”, you’ll understand how well Diners sets the mood for his songs. While the previous one had a bit of a dream pop sound, his new single “Plastic Cactus” goes with a more indie pop rock sound with a bit of a soulful folk twang to it. One of my favorite things on this track is the delicious licks of the guitar that has just enough reverb to keep it cool and cohesive with the rest of the track. Take a listen to pull out some sunscreen and shades for a relaxing day.
