Intro: The Yoshizawas

Our first introductions are Kasumi and Sumire Yoshizawa, the twin daughters of Apollo!Kasumi and Sumire have been attached at the hip ever since they arrived at camp and they do as much as they can together.

Kasumi is usually happy to get involved with camp activities, while Sumire is on the quieter side. Although Kasumi is more skilled with a bow and loves using her gymnastic skills to pull off tricks, both her and Sumire show a lot of potential.

this is technically a remake of rescue, same basic plot but i tweaked some stuff and changed the face claim!

Kylie is a lazy, clumsy geek. She’s employed in the tech field and her aspiration is to be a computer whiz.

Intro: Yusuke Kitagawa

Yusuke’s another camper whose been here a long time, in fact he and Goro arrived together! Given his seniority, he’s always happy to help newer campers and show them the ropes.

He practically lives in the Arts & Crafts building, in part because he has been banned from many places in the camp for “art related incidents” including but not limited to: the back room of the Big House, the kitchens, the stables, Camp Store, a specific section of the woods, and the Hephaestus cabin.

Intro: Ann Takamaki

Ann is a very outgoing and multi-talented camper, being both a daughter of Aphrodite and a student of Hecate. She gets along well with most people, and spends a lot of time with a certain Naiad who lives in the canoe lake.

She’s found a certain kinship with members of the Hephaestus cabin due to a shared proclivity for setting things on fire though in Ann’s case that’s accidental

Brittany is a gloomy loner and a dance machine. Her aspiration is to become a master mixologist.

Greetings, dear readers, 

My name is Naurah Deatrisya Gitany and I am a freshman at the University of Indonesia’s English department. In recent months, I have started to question my view on relationships and attraction, platonic and otherwise, and how my gendered upbringing has affected my view. This, among other reasons which shall be explored in the topic introduction essay, was what drew me to the topic of this portfolio for my Contemporary Literature Analysis course.

One might notice that quite a few examples explored in this portfolio are fantasy works and that is mostly due to my love for the genre. A notable soft spot would be for Brandon Sanderson’s The Stormlight Archive and the Cosmere literary universe as a whole which I adore and also have explored in writing/roleplay. I also have a love for historical fiction and a semi-nostalgic affection for young adult novels.

Other than that, I like listening to more folksy music like The Oh Hellos as well as obscure musicals like Dave Malloy’s Ghost Quartet and Grace McLean’s In the Green and my love for sweet tea in glass tankards and my lack of healthy sleep schedule have been a subject of much worry.

Intro: Akira Kurusu and Morgana

Last but not least are sons of Hermes, Akira and Morgana!

Akira is the newest camper so he still has to learn the ropes, but he’s taken to some aspects of camp quite quickly.

Morgana’s taken to helping Akira as his older brother, though no one is sure if he actually is older. Or if he was human or human-like at one point or just always a cat. He’s definitely a son of Hermes, though and he’s quite knowledgeable on all sorts of myths and monsters!
