Zelensky Honored The Memory of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II — Kyiv Post
9/12/2022 — President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the residence of the Ambassador of Great Britain to Ukraine and honored the memory of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The Head of State left a note in the book of mourning anThe Head of State left a note in the book of mourning and laid flowers in the territory of the residence. Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his sincere condolences on behalf of the Ukrainian people to the United Kingdom and the countries of the Commonwealth.
President Zelensky’s righthand man, Chief advisor Andriy Yermak, has also visited UK embassy in Kyiv to pay tribute to the late QEII.
“On behalf of the people of Ukraine and myself, I express sincere condolences over the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Ukrainian women and men share this great loss. We mourn with the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth of Nations and all subjects of the British Crown. The memory of Her Majesty and her selfless service to her people will forever remain in the history of mankind,” the Head of State wrote in the book of mourning.
Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak also took part in the ceremony honoring the memory of Queen Elizabeth II.
Volodymyr Zelensky also talked with representatives of the Embassy of Great Britain in Ukraine.

The Very First Night strike in Yangon
Hundreds of peacful protesters are hiding in the houses and apartments at Sanchaung Township due to the violent crackdown of security forces in the day time.
The security forces blocked all the streets of Sanchaung Township to kidnapp the protestors at night time. They also using loudspeaker to announce they will check every household and will arrest people whom have not report to the community offices (which was a law that was active in previous junta era).
These announcements and threats cause people from every township in Yangon emerge to the streets at night time (the section 144 is issued since first few days of coup, which is a curfew to not go out after 8 PM and to not gather more than 5 people) and the very first night strike in Yangon is now in action.

"People in Yangon are now out on street at this midnight, to stand with the protesters stuck in Sanchaung as the junta’s armed forces are blocking the area. Looks like the junta’s curfew is not exist anymore. (for tonight for sure)"
