Hi! After reading about the blood chocolate bar sticker, I need to tell you that I actually ate quite a lot of these (the chocolates, not the stickers) as a kid! In Ukraine, it's called hematogen and is sold in pharmacies as an iron supplement, though I just ate it as candy. It is basically condensed milk with blood albumin — think blood toffee rather than blood chocolate — and eating it certainly has vampire vibes.
