The thrill of ukay ukay! Passed by U.P. Diliman today and stumbled upon some inspiring students running a flea market for a great cause! Walked away with six preloved gems I didn't expect to bring home. It’s always great to see the youth lead with heart and purpose. Supporting student advocacies like this can ripple through generations. Let’s show them the power of paying it forward. 💪 Lakas Ligtas all the way!

Mural pictured: “Lost in my Abstract Garden” by artist @carrielederer will be installed next week at 155 California Ave! “The magical terrain conveys the rustle of the wind, the flow of water, and the chatter of animals that happens all around us every day.”  We are SO excited to launch our new Temporary Murals Program with site-specific murals sprinkled throughout the city - install starting next week! The eight selected local artists/artist teams have created original designs for site-specific murals supporting emotional and economic well-being in the Palo Alto’s business districts. Digital designs will be printed on aluminum-based adhesive materials and temporary installed in various locations. This is part of @cityofpaloalto Uplift Local initiative.
