Juliette with her powerful Arc Soul Urah. But this time I’m figuring out designs for Urah. Juliette got banned from using this version of her Arc Soul/Super in the Crucible. Apparently getting mauled to death by an Arc lion with a massive mouth is “Too terrifying”, and “Scaring away the New Lights”

Urah has rather limited thought as it is an extension of Juliette’s Light. Only really knowing what a joke is, and to attack anyone Juliette pins as a threat.
