This time last year I did a thing that scared the absolute fuck out of me. So much so that I asked for validation in my choice from multiple people. While I hate that I had to ask for validation, I am also so glad because I look back and I didn’t change, I just became okay with being exactly who I’ve always been. Much stronger, much more confident, and feel much more loved because it’s for who I really am. So if you’re really thinking about taking the @boomboombasics classes or really doing anything that scares you - here’s my validation to you that you should just go fucking do it. It could be the greatest decision you’ve ever made, it could also be a terrible mistake that just leads you to where you need to be. (Although I’d argue that doing anything that you feel called to do, especially burlesque, is never a mistake) Go out there and do shit, it’s freeing.
