My heart literally flew out of my chest watching the Prom episode 3x19

Buffy's classmates' speech as "Buffy Summer, Class Protector" for the Class 1999 was a proud and remarkable moment for her. The most reassuring and encouraging virtual embrace for someone like her who needed that to understand that they were on the right path! 🤧💞💗💓💕

Who cares if Angel didn't accompany her to the prom? Or that he broke her heart so close to the prom?

The amount of gratitude she received for her Slayer duties and sacrifices —was rewarded by that small but absolutely remarkable moment when her classmates acknowledged her efforts in keeping everybody safe every freaking day! 😭❤✊🏽

Oh, fuck Angel and his infinite crap! Who cares about him anyway?

Buffy was fucking rocking as the coolest and strongest Slayer on that night, and no amount of male bullshit would ruin her prom night ! 🖤💋
