Vanilla-Glazed Cinnamon Roll Cake

I made cream puffs and delivered them throughout the town. Everyone loved them. I made a pate au choux dough and filled it with the Italian pastry cream I made. I then melted chocolate to drizzle over the top. To be festive, I also made a vanilla glaze and dyed half of it red and the other half green. I drizzled that over them, too. I then sprinkled them with powered sugar. They were delicious!! I ate two of them just to make sure that they were good enough to share. I might have to check that out again soon. 😁🤣🤣😍😋

This one was just for me so I put a heaping amount is chocolate on top of it because I love chocolate. It was fantastic!! Petey wants one, as you can see so I made her a small one without the chocolate. She loved it!! 😍😁😋
