Okay anon, I know that you've been waiting for nearly two months for this, and I apologize. Truthfully, a) I actually have more than one idea of how they met, but one I use more than the rest and b) I have been trying to do a comic involving this, but I haven't been satisfied with how I've drawn this. I want to draw more regarding this idea, including perhaps finishing the comic, but here is a panel showing you how they met. I hope this is good enough anon. I am so sorry for the wait.
I believe they met in the Underwhere. After Fawful betrayed Cackletta in the Underwhere, Cackletta day and night sobbed bitterly over Fawful's betrayal. She became known to the residents of the Underwhere as the Witch of Everlasting Sorrow due to her misery over Fawful. Even Queen Jaydes pitied her and restored the rest of her soul (Only the head of her soul made it to the afterlife, as implied at the end of Superstar Saga).
Four years later, when Antasma ended up in the Underwhere, he noticed the sobbing witch, and her misery (as well as her beauty) tugged at his heartstrings. He fell hard for the old witch, and approached her. After all, he was a lonely bat, and she was clearly lonely too. And so, this is how their bond together began.<3

Thank you for this! Dreamstar is actually my second Mario OTP after Cacktasma. Here are my answers:
4. How do you see this ship? Examples: "totally married", "besties who date sometimes for fun", "toxic exes that definitely shouldn't be 10 feet near each other".
They are the kind of pairing that would be close friends, then suddenly Dreambert would ask awkwardly, "Wanna go out on a date?" If dating doesn't work out, they will still be friends and act as if nothing happened. Otherwise, they would eventually get married, have a couple of kids spaced fairly far apart (about 5-7 years), and have a really happy relationship. (Although there would be an instance where Dreambert cheats on her way later, and it really puts a strain on their marriage.)
10. They're getting married. Who proposed? Where was that proposal? What season is the wedding taking place?
Dreambert definitely is the one who proposed. It happened deep within Somnom Woods. They were enjoying the quiet pleasantness of the woods having a deep conversation about life. Dreambert then mustered up the courage to get on one knee as he nervously proposed to her. Of course, Starlow joked that she wouldn't be able to wear her engagement ring, but Dreambert ends up affixing a beautiful jewel upon her head to make up for it.
They end up having their wedding in the summertime, as that is Starlow's favorite season. Or shall I say, weddings? They have a more formal one at Pi'illo Castle, where Starlow takes on her newly acquired Pi'illo form. Everyone is invited to that one. Then they have an informal one at Driftwood Shore, which only close friends are invited to, and Starlow maintains her Star Sprite form in that one.
13. What's something they like to do together?
Dreambert and Starlow like going out to ice cream shops together and sharing an extra-large milkshake (or better, one of those extreme milkshakes with cupcakes, rock candy, cotton candy, etc. on it) with two straws or one of those supreme sharable banana splits.
20. Who likes public displays of affection more?
Starlow does. She loves to nuzzle and kiss Dreambert on the cheek in public. While Dreambert doesn't mind a little bit of flirting, beyond that, it's awkward and embarrassing for him to show his feelings in public.
21. What would be some pet names they would give each other?
Starlow sometimes calls Dreambert "Dreamy Boy" or "Dreamy B" and Dreambert sometimes calls Starlow "Twinkles" or "Twinkle Miss". Beyond that, they typically use the generic "Honey" and "Baby" for each other.
25. FREE QUESTION!- Is there something that they dislike about what one another does?
Yes, definitely! In Dreambert's case, he doesn't like Starlow's nagging and jealousy. And Starlow nags quite a bit. In Starlow's case, she doesn't like how Dreambert has a bad habit of forgetting things and making excuses. Too many times, for instance, he has forgotten their anniversary.
Once again, thank you so much for these! I don't do as much with Dreamstar as I do with Cacktasma, so I'm glad that I got the opportunity to share my headcanons and views of the two.

3. Which one outlives the other, and how they cope
Starlow, being a Star Sprite, is an immortal, and she would definitely outlive Dreambert. When Dreambert finally does pass on, Starlow will glance back at old photos of the two, and think back to pleasant memories of fun times they had together. She goes to their favorite restaurant and orders his favorite meal sometimes. She spends extra time with their children. Although she hurts inside, she knows he made it to the Overthere, and that gives her comfort.
4.What they do on date night
On a typical date night, they will eat at their favorite restaurant, then either float along on a hiking trail, go stargazing, or hang out at the beach, sometimes all three.
5. How many kids they'll have
Dreambert and Starlow end up having two children, spaced about 5 to 7 years apart. Their oldest child, their daughter Twinklesatina, is the same age as Cackletta and Antasma's younger daughter Heealuna. She is very refined, nerdy, and a major gossip. Her much younger brother (who I haven't figured out a name for yet) has a big toothy grin, is super strong, and like many little brothers, likes to pester his older sister.
8. What they argue about
Dreambert will get on to Starlow about how much she nags on him, and Starlow will get on to Dreambert about how if she didn't nag on him, that he wouldn't get anything done, or that he would forget about important things.
9. Which one swears more
While Starlow is a much more critical individual, she actually rarely cusses. While Dreambert doesn't normally cuss either, he actually does it more than Starlow, as he can cuss galore when he gets in one of his major temper tantrums.
11. What their first impression was of each other
Starlow- This guy's kinda cute and nice. Dreambert- Her voice is kinda annoying, and she's mean.
12. What they do for their anniversary
On their anniversary, the couple will take a trip to a far off destination and go sightseeing. They will try out a new restaurant in the area, and will rent out a cabin, glamp tent, or a fancy hotel, where they will engage in some passionate lovemaking.
13. Which makes a bigger deal of birthdays
Dreambert, because he likes big celebrations, and lots and lots of cake. When he and Starlow get married, he also knows that there will be a lot of something else on birthdays 😏
14. What nicknames they call each other
Dreambert calls Starlow Miss Twinkles, Starlow calls Dreambert Fluff n' Stuff to pester him

Dreambert would change Starlow's constant nagging, and probably make her voice less high-pitched; Starlow would change Dreambert's forgetful habits.

Thank you for your curiosity, anon! Admittedly, I don't talk AS much about my Fawful headcanons, as I'm more on a hyperfixation with Cackletta right now, but, yes, I see potential in Fawful going down a good (or at least better) path.
Okay, so, let me start off by saying that when Fawful dies at the end of BIS that he ends up in the Underwhere and meets Cackletta again. He was shocked, as he believed that he and Cackletta were going to be completely demolished from existence (as many fans think that's what happened to them, especially Cackletta. I personally don't agree. If you want me to elaborate on my views of what possibly happened to Cackletta and Fawful, please let me know), but here they were, nothing left of them but their heads. Well, Fawful HATED the idea of ever seeing this witch that used him so much ever again. Cackletta was so overjoyed at seeing him, but Fawful despised her, so he let his fury out on her. "I AM HATING YOU, HATING YOU VILE WITCH OF WRETCHEDNESS!" he exclaimed, and told her how he really felt about her, and that he was going to betray her. Well, he bounced away with glee as he left her there all alone for the rest of eternity, and Cackletta became known as "The Witch of Everlasting Sorrow" as she sobbed day and night over Fawful (until Antasma came into her afterlife).
Okay, so Fawful spends quite a bit of time in the Underwhere, and he slowly begins to regret all of the bad things that he has done. He even regrets what he did to Cackletta. Well, at the end of Mario and Luigi: Of Love and Revenge (my game idea that involves a married Cackletta and Antasma), Cackletta actually has her older daughter Twilheena, who is a pure heart, awaken the Beanstar and wish Fawful back to life. Well, Fawful ends up coming back to life in an area far away from the Mushroom Kingdom. Fawful is ready to just live a normal life, so he decides to make a Dinner and a Show establishment, combining his love of theater, inventions, and cooking all in one.
He decides to hire three women that are beautiful both in looks and singing, and he calls them "Fawful's Angels." They are the highlight of Fawful's Dinner and a Show. One is a Toad woman, one a Shelltop woman, and the most notable one, an incredibly beautiful and kind Pi'illo woman known as Slumbelina, who was known in the Pi'illo Kingdom for her amazing singing voice and ability to lull young children to sleep, hence her nickname, "The Lullaby Queen." Well, Slumbelina becomes more and more fond of Fawful over time, and while Fawful doesn't share her affections, she becomes smitten with him to the point she will do anything for him.Eventually, Cackletta, Antasma, and the kids end up coming to this establishment, and there Cackletta and Fawful end up reconciling things, and Fawful even eventually moves in with them (Although the younger daughter Heealuna pesters Fawful).
The truth is, I have many different ideas of what path Fawful may take, but the Dinner and a Show thing are a part of all of them. One idea is that he would eventually get with Slumbelina and they would marry and have a daughter named Charletta (in honor of Cackletta), but it would be a long, slow process to get to that point. (Honestly, I see Fawful as aroace, so it's hard for me to see him in a relationship.)
I also could see him using the Dinner and a Show concept for evil intentions, but Slumbelina would warm him up to the idea of being good. Also, for the most part, I see Cackletta and Fawful reconciling things, but I also like the idea of him basically tormenting Cackletta mentally and emotionally when he comes back to life, especially making fun of her for choosing to go a more wholesome path and telling her that she is capable of doing nothing by herself.
But, for the most part, I just see Fawful doing his own thing, making a living doing his Dinner and a Show thing, and eventually reconciling with Cackletta.

Antasma's the big spoon; Cackletta's the little spoon. Cackletta LOVES to be embraced from behind from her big, strong bat boy toy <3. Yes, they spoon a lot. Since Antasma can switch between his Dreamy Battle Form he largely maintains these days and his normal form, which is much shorter than Cackletta, they DO switch it up when he takes on his regular form. Sometimes Antasma likes to be the little guy embraced from behind by his super tall wife <3 Meanwhile, Cackletta fell for the shorter version of her husband first, and sometimes it's nice to embrace her short little husband from behind like he's a cuddly stuffed animal <3
12. Most likely to sit on the other one's lap?
Definitely Cackletta. Antasma isn't really a lap sitter. Cackletta, on the other hand, tends to sit on Antasma's lap whenever she gets the opportunity, even in public places at times.
20. Who likes public displays of affection more?
Antasma does. While Cackletta is perfectly fine with hand holding, lap sitting, and a little bit of hugging and kissing, Antasma is willing to go even farther, as he loves to "get handsy" and "touchy feely" with her in public, which makes her very uncomfortable and embarrassed.
21. What would be some pet names they would give each other?
Cackletta frequently calls Antasma "'Tas" and Antasma frequently calls Cackletta "Cacky". Cackletta also refers to Antasma as "Honey dear" and "Darling" often, while Antasma often calls Cackletta "Sveetheart" or "Sveet Pea". Infrequently, definitely more in private, Cackletta refers to Antasma as her "Bat Boy Toy" and "Baby Boy", while Antasma calls Cackletta his "Babydoll" "Babycakes" and even "Sex Vixen."
22. A headcanon you have for this ship?
I will actually give you a few. I can't think of JUST one to put.
Antasma LOVES it when Cackletta is vulnerable with him and opens up about her insecurities about Fawful and Queen Bean. He LOVES it when her beautiful pink eyes sparkle when she's vulnerable or genuinely delighted about something. Cackletta LOVES it when Antasma is really romantic and pulls all the stops, lighting candles on the table, around the tub, around the bed and places rose petals that lead towards the bedroom or tub.
Both of them love dressing up really nicely for one another. They LOVE to snuggle with each other, especially in cold weather. Cackletta loves feeling Antasma's warm furry body and face against her smooth hairless body, while Antasma LOVES to breathe in the smell of Cackletta's intoxicating sweet smelling perfume that he loves. They love to do little things for each other, and they appreciate the little things that they do for each other.
23. Describe this ship in the most out of context way that you can.

5. Is the relationship living up to their initial expectations?
For the most part, yes. They have a very healthy relationship, they spend a lot of time together, they communicate well with each other, and well, intimately, things are definitely going well. They also are really good with comforting one another when the other is feeling down.
With that being said, no relationship is perfect, and there are a few complaints. When Cackletta made the wishes to conceive her children (since she is postmenopausal and can't have children otherwise), she expected that Antasma would be more involved with their caretaking. After all, she largely made the wishes because Antasma wanted children SO bad. While Antasma is a very good father; he is good at comforting them when they are sad, scared, troubled, etc. and spends a lot of time with them, especially Heealuna who he even teaches how to handle nightmare powers, Cackletta shoulders most of the heavy burden of caring for the kids.
Besides teaching Twilheena how to handle firehand and thunderhand powers, Cackletta teaches her children school subjects, she cooks for them, does a lot of the cleaning, disciplines them, ON TOP of being the primary breadwinner of the house, making and selling herbal medicine, soaps, and perfumes for the Toad Town farmers market three times a week. (They live in a small home in Dimble Woods of BIS.) Antasma DOES do the foraging for the ingredients she needs for her concoctions, and he DOES clean and straighten things up. He protects and comforts his family. Cackletta just wishes he would be more involved with the kids. She feels sometimes that she works too hard. She never expected to have to do so many things when she got married.
Antasma, on the other hand, didn't realize how needy Cackletta could be. With the type of personality she has, he didn't realize how emotionally dependent she could be. He loves and enjoys her vulnerability, that's a large part of what made him fall in love with her, but sometimes she is TOO needy. Also, at times, she can nag and complain at him a bit too much, which can get annoying.
7. Is there anything that could have kept them from ending up together?
Ironically enough, if the Mario Bros. hadn't killed them off, and if Fawful wouldn't have turned his back on Cackletta in the Underwhere, they very likely wouldn't have ended up together. They met in the Underwhere, and Antasma was partly drawn to Cackletta because she was so sorrowful over Fawful, and it tugged at his heartstrings.
14. What's an opinion they'll never agree on? How do they deal with that?
Hmmm...this is a difficult one. They share a VERY different viewpoint on Bowser. Cackletta sees him as a strong-bodied individual, but a pathetic fool that is easy to control and manipulate, while Antasma sees him as a selfish and heartless user. Cackletta really doesn't understand how her husband got so easily betrayed by an idiot, not realizing a. that Bowser has become a lot more competent than when she possessed him, and b. her husband was extremely fond of Bowser and enjoyed his companionship.
Meanwhile, their opinion on Fawful is VERY different. Cackletta, while angry and hurt over Fawful's betrayal, is actually willing to give Fawful a second chance, even wanting to revive Fawful, while Antasma is reluctant to allow her to get her heart broken again. In both of these cases, the one tries to comfort and support the other who got betrayed. Antasma avoids bringing up Fawful, and holds and comforts Cackletta whenever she becomes sorrowful over him (which happens a fair bit). Meanwhile, Cackletta avoids mentioning Bowser and Dreambert, and when he gets sad and angry over Bowser's betrayal and his fractured friendship with Dreambert, Cackletta tries to comfort him, even mentioning that she will "annihilate that idiot Koopa King, and tear that cushion prince to shreds."
