The Bottomfield calendula patch is seen here in the foreground with our high tunnel in the background. Lots of hot weather for the next bunch of days means rolling up the sides of the high tunnel and lots of water. Fortunately our transplants are much better settled in the fields this year compared to June of 2020 when we were hit hard by the heat and drought. All told, we got about an inch of rain this week.
