closed starter: @violetheroism location: the grotto
milo wouldn't dare bring the shepherd's journal out with him on errands, but he was losing traction with his research and he figured this was the best way to outsource some unknown help and protect everyone's best interest. so, here he found himself at the grotto, holding two scraps of paper up to violet. "hey, sorry to bother you -- but do you see anything in here that has any of these symbols on it? or maybe something of a similar design to this?" he smiled softly, and looked at her with an amount of expectation that he was hoping wouldn't come across as too pushy. the first scrap of paper was covered in sketches of crystal pendants and stone trinkets, and the second showed random glyphs of the atlantian language. the aim, ideally, was that if somehow something from atlantis had washed up in the grotto, maybe it would give him any kind of indication of kida's part in all this. it was a long shot, but it was something.
