Was anyone going to tell me that memory problems with TS and other tic disorders are common, but verbal and procedural memory is often enhanced, or did I have to find that out myself by doing additional reading for a university unit on inclusion in education?

Oh, okay, that's why I recall short-term memory things from the sound and not the meaning/context. Oh, okay, that's why I have an insane muscle memory and learn new skills quickly. Oh, okay, that's why I have a shockingly bad long-term memory for someone my age. Right, right...
I think Undertale being the first* video game I was obsessed with as a kid has forever messed up how I play video games. I MUST be nice to everyone. I feel AWFUL if I accidentally kill an npc. I am terrified of The Consequences. I’ve started playing Red Dead Redemption and, oh God, I’m not cut out for this. I didn’t mean to start a duel, I just wanted to ride your horsey!!! Why don't scripts these days let characters laugh at another character's joke?!
I hate that jokes are written for the audience, not for the characters hearing them. It immediately takes me out of a scene. It's fourth-wall breaking.
At the library where I work, we're currently moving a large part of the collection from one floor to another, which means SO many elevator trips. Anyway, I'm really enjoying pretending I work at Lumon every time I find myself in the elevator yet again lmao.
