Imagining bloodloathing but v!Legs being the first turned and v!Scott being his sire The plot of vampires smp would look very, very different. I think Legs would try his best to not regress completely to who he was, but instead let his natural fixation on humanity lead him instead, bringing us to the mad scientist route. At first, Scott would do his best to control him (and I think Legs would stay in line, for a bit, playing nice) but Legs would eventually go off the beaten path and take in humans to experiment with vampire blood and things like that. And eventually that won’t be enough for him. He needs more answers to the questions he’s been holding onto ever since he got turned. Who better than to experiment on the man who turned him? Cue the toxic yaoi LMAO

OH ABSOLUTELY I love starter vamps bloodloathing!! I like the idea that legundo has been around a like less than a hundred years than Scott and Scott constantly rubs it in his face whenever they meet across the years and are always fighting every time..Ofc, when they meet in Oakhurst again it's the worst thing ever and they quickly get divided because of their ideals (Scott turning anyone cuz of hunger and legundo only turning the willing) and everyone in Oakhurst is just entrapped in the biggest custody war legundo is very pleased when he hears about Scott falling into a 600 year sleep so he sets up a over Scott's old land and is much kinder to them, eventually he travels to oakhurst as the people keep giving him reports about it. Legundo is not happy that Scott is awake again and honestly is much happier to keep him entrapped in Oakhurst forever to keep from spreading destruction so he either helps the humans or sabotages both...

eeeee I hope someone creates more content of starter vamp legscott it's so good and there's so much potential it's even funnier if they never knew each other and just walk into Oakhurst and go "nope. Don't like that vampire. Doing my own thing"

Scott let his finger brush slightly against the other's, testing the touch. Legundo barely shifted. In fact, his claws seemed to retract back into his fingers slightly. Haven't let someone get too close in a while, have you Doctor? Scott smirked to himself. "So you became a doctor to make up for those lives lost? Is that all you see your patients as? A way to make yourself feel better?" 

"Never. No…no, they are people I can help. That's all I ever want to do, Goldsmith. To help." Legundo intentionally put emphasis on the word as he glared at Scott. 

"I think you could help me." Scott snaked his hand around the other's trembling one, almost holding it gently. A parody of a warm, kindred soul.

ooooh okay what do bloodloathing hate MOST about each other. not in like a serious plot- or theme-related way but what’s their biggest pet peeve about each other. (in the toxic hating each other canon universe <33)

ooooh this is a good one....I had to think about this for a while today

I think Legundo would absolutely hate Scott's dismissive and passive aggressive way of talking. "Exactlyyyyy! Exactlyyyy!" And he would be sitting there twitching his eye wondering when Scott is going to talk like he doesn't have some trick up his sleeve for once

and I know you said not in a serious plot related way, but I think this works just enough: Scott's pet peeve is probably Legundo's hypocrisy. I think it's why he starts to mock the Doctor in about 5-6 of vsmp because he knows the Doctor knows that he's being a hypocrite. Of course, Scott is also being a hypocrite, but it still gets slightly under his skin regardless.

another fun option is Scott being peeved by legundo's stage three. like, he gets it that the doc is going through trauma or whatever, but can he at least wash his clothes first before he goes insane? Or maybe find wherever his glass eye went?

"Run! Now!" Legundo barked at the victim, a straggly man who has fallen on the ground after the attack. When the man startled but didn't run, Legundo's army mode kicked in. "Are you deaf? Run, now, or else you're going to die!" That seemed to finally kick the man into action and he ran. "Shouldn't you be more concerned for your own life?" The perpetrator questioned, a smile leaking into his voice. He stepped back just as Legundo made an attempt to reach for his knife. "I have more of a chance to win against you instead of that poor soul." Legundo glared. "I never pegged you to be the fighting type. Thought you were just a doctor, hm?" The stranger. It was the stranger from the corner store, the one that watched him every morning without fail. His eyes were a crimson red.

OR:

Legundo finds out the man that had been stalking watching him walk to work every morning is a vampire. That same man also made his way into his (admittedly small) friendship circle. Truces are made, deals are exchanged, and the very, very long road to becoming friends has begun-and maybe along the way, they'll find the answers their empty souls long for in one another.

oh my knee jerk reaction is Scott mainly because I think he would be intrigued by the fact that legundo is not as taken by him as the town is even tho they're on seemingly opposite sides...I think since their argument in the woods Scott would be like "I don't care for him but..."

my ideal world is where it happens at around the same time when Scott kills legundo. Like they both go "I think that kinda awakened something in me but let's not unpack that"
