Recently purchased this amazing windscreen cover from @uk_customcovers . I haven't had the chance to install the curtain into the van yet and 2 weeks ago we were heading down to cornwall for the weekend. So a last minute order was placed and I was not disappointed! The cover arrived the next day (saving the weekend) and it is great quality for a great price! It keeps the van cool in the day and is a complete black out at night. Once I'd completed the sound deadening, the next step was to start the insulation. For insulation I've again used recycled bottle plastic from @bandq_uk . Its pretty easy to do, stuff all the insulation into all the cavities and then secure it to the panels using aluminium tape from @wickes . I then covered all of this with thermawrap to create the condensation barrier. Looking back now there might be a better way to do this but I've always done it on a budget. The next stage on the caddy build was to get some sound deading down. I used sound deadening from @dodomatuk as it's the best on the market. Putting it on the floor, wheel arches, walls and ceiling.
