I feel it is necessary for me to tell you guys how water tastes across the states

I'm from a military family so I've moved around a lot, and I gotta tell you tap water tastes so different depending on where you are.

In the south (Alabama, Florida, Louisiana) tap water tastes like Dasani. Likely filled with salt.

Arizona tap water tastes normal-ish. Not too many stalagmites or salt, just water.

California (SoCal) water is the worst fucking water that I've ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. I'd sooner bite my thumb off than willingly drink a cup of SoCal tap water. I can't even properly describe what's wrong with it. It tastes AND has a creamy texture. Water that is creamy in the worst way. It's like if Satan pissed into a glass after drinking a few gallons of water and I tried to make it better by putting a tablespoon of half and half and stirring it before taking a swig. SoCal water makes me gag. I can't drink it unless it's boiled for tea. No amount of water filters can fix the horrors that is SoCal water. It could be lased with arsenic and I wouldn't be surprised. I am not being dramatic. I'd gargle Mitch McConnell's old, sweaty, wrinkly balls and id probably find that more enjoyable that drinking a glass of SoCal water.

East Coast water is pretty nice, id probably run it through a filter though

a little ode to just how much beach weather changes one day to the next <3 this weekend hit like a train and I have a lot to do, but I'm planning to go splash around a little later today

today:

finish reviewing slides for run-through

work through second and third project samples

submit hours for the weekend

if time: work on stimuli template .csv

I think there should be less water, like in terms of surface area

Cause like right now two-thirds of the earth is covered in water, and I just think that should be less, like maybe 50%, doesn't that sound more fair? :)
