Post Card sent to Mrs. J.D. Strong (Louisa) Wauseon, Fulton County, Ohio, USA 12th September 1911. John D Strong born 1840 was a Civil War Veteran (Sergeant, Company D, Ohio 164th Infantry Regiment). The son of Jesse and Sarah Strong. His wife Louisa, married circa 1877, was born circa 1848. The 1900 and 1910 censuses shows them living with John’s Step Daughter in Clinton, Fulton, Ohio. John D Strong died in 1922 and Louisa in 1930. Both are buried in Wauseon Union Cemetery.
