Ryder stopped, breathing heavily, and drank water from a bottle. He loved to run, just listening to music and it was part of his daily routine. Run along the beach was the best possible one, sea breeze was refreshing the face, the view was breathtaking, and knees weren't so tired from the load and not groaning under the old sports injuries when he ran across the sand.

He walked along the shore, calming breath and watched the surfers.
