Got to mess a bit with a Waymo self-driving car. I think we confused it! 20 miles, 1100 feet (approx, as the Strava App crashed.) Strava: https://www.strava.com/activities/1790767766

Only a few hardy souls made it out for today’s ride. It was windy and chilly but fun all the same.
Weds Evolution Ride, Plus • 8/30/17
My morning schedule was pretty open, so I started a bit earlier and took tthe scenic route out to meet the rest at The BIcycle Outfitter, and we did only a partial Viscaino, as I’m still in recovery mode after Sunday’s Dirt Fondo. With Jack, Jon & Sharlene.
As today’s #obligatorymidrideselfie clearly shows, we are manly he-men, all of us who participate in the #EvolutionTrainers Weds Ride, especially Sharlene.

This week’s ride is notable for featuring a Full Viscaino plus the “Anacapa Cloverleaf” which loops us around for another approach to the Viscaino peak. Someday will have to do all 4 uphill approaches... with Jack, Paul and Sharlene.

Good turnout for today’s ride! And Sarah made it, as she’s not yet back to teaching. We left without Jamii, but she caught us just in time for the #obligatorymidrideselfie.
