House Hunters International is always an experiment in secondhand cringe, but whew, the one I just watched.
A couple from Boston in their late twenties who work in the same industry, but she got the opportunity to work in Paris and his company gave him ... an unpaid sabbatical. So she’s going to be their sole breadwinner while they’re there, and that dynamic is just as fun as you think it would be. If he didn’t find another job, my guess is that they broke up within six months. 😬
Naturally, they also were so picky and obnoxious about the gorgeous apartments the quirky go-to Paris realtor showed them. A fun rage-watch for my Saturday morning, lmao.
