Height: 5'3 2/3

GW: 117Lbs - 130Lbs (depends on how much muscle I gain)
I am not losing weight, simply burning the fat and building muscle and strength. I really don't care about my actual weight, just the amount of fat vs. muscle :)
80 day weight loss challenge - day 1

Height: 5'3
Current Weight: 127lbs
Goal Weight: 117lbs
Why am I losing weight? I was my goal weight last summer in the picture below and I felt brilliant. I was happy with how I looked and I had loads of confidence. I want to go back to that. Also, I think losing a few pounds might help with my running - if I'm not carrying extra weight for my frame.

I'm 5'9" or 5'10" depending on who you ask haha. My weight as of this morning is 179.2 This number keeps going up instead of down, I just don't get it, but I'm not stressed about the scale anymore. Happy to have moved beyond that!
I don't really have a "goal weight" exactly. (I do have some ideas for a goal body, though.) I want to lose fat and gain muscle, so I know that the scale and my weight won't really be an accurate gauge of my progress.
So for the sake of posterity, here are some different measurements!
Hips: 42"
Waist: 32.5"
Thighs: 24.5"
I want to lose fat because I want to be ripped! Or at least visibly fit haha. I want to look strong and BE strong. I don't need to fit a mold or adhere to anyone else's expectations, I just want to make myself proud and reach my personal fitness goals.
I know outward appearances don't fix inner problems, but I think through this process I will gain some more confidence (although I already have plenty, to be honest!).
I'm pretty jazzed about this challenge, can't wait to see what's changed by day 80!
