When I was little, I used to get REALLY amped up when I would watch TV shows, especially action shows. Like I would either get super excited bc the hero was winning or I would get super nervous/upset bc the hero wasn't winning or the bad guy was doing smth. Before I continue I should add that my living room couches were set up in an L shape. So I would run around in a square on the couches and the rug while watching the show bc I was either upset/nervous or excited. I would also bounce around on said couches while flapping my hands. I got shamed out of doing it by my parents, but like...

did anyone else do that or was it just me? and like is that normal?
