Lol, some days you just don't have it in ya, and apparently today was one of those days. I was supposed to test my one rep max on deadlifts today and was hoping to break my current max, but that was a no go. I thought last week sucked, but this week I barely had 255lbs in the tank and struggled to even get 265lbs off the floor. Haha, I don't even have video cause I didn't get heavy enough to start filming yet. I did spend some time rolling around with one of the kids tho, and don't seem to have any ankle or siatic pain currently, so at least there's that. Also, as I was stripping down the bar, one of the kids looked at it and said "what's that, like 225?" and I agreed it was since I hadn't stripped any of the 45s off yet.
